 Attend technical meetings with internal and external Project managers and remote locations.
 Conduct pre-installation site surveys to ensure all is in place for actual installations.
 Create Bill of Material (BOM) for new sites.
 Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents for all installations and network design for remote sites.
 Managing 2 Node IP Contact Center UCCX 7.x & 8.x, and 2 Node Cisco Unity 8.x, Unity
Connection 8.x
 Configuring Extension Mobility, Remote Destination Profiles, MOH , CTI Route point ,Visual Voice Mail, Phone proxy and Any connect with ASA firewall.
 Using unity connection call handlers to create call flow solution for remote site in Canada and US.
 Deployment of Cisco 2900, 3900 ISR G2 routers. Understanding on H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP protocols.
 Configuring catalyst 3750 PoE switches in both stand alone and stacking configurations
 Troubleshooting using debug, traces, CDR Records and Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT).
 Working knowledge of Microsoft AD , Exchange and LDAP.
 Configuring T1, PRI, FXO, FXS and ATA 186 devices.VG224 Analog Gateway.

•	Executed standard operating procedures (SOPs), including project planning, reviewing quotations and contract specifications, establishing budgets, monitoring cost performance, and preparing reports for internal departments and customers, demonstrating project management expertise. 
o	Maintained project schedule and budget, conducted change orders, and evaluated and assessed risks while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan and eliminate risks. 
•	Spearheaded continuous improvement strategies to ensure project success while collaborating with customers to identify areas of improvement. 
•	Implemented cost effective strategies through process improvements, modifying bills of materials (BOM) to reflect essential parts required for project completion and prevent overbuying. 
•	Leveraged Black Belt certification to effectively resolve customer problems, improving customer satisfaction and quality standards. 
•	Improved quality and process by effectively identifying and replacing faulty parts to eliminate pump leakage while updating bill of materials to prevent future complications.

I worked with contracts and service, however got called into some project from the product side in the States as there was no one here that was willing to help them. I had no knowledge of the equipment that was sold to the city of Calgary but was put in as a middle man. 
As CTS Manager in the southern region I earned some GREAT commissions but found out later that some of them were hidden and not received. My fault as I didn't look into them until someone at the yearly convention opened up that can of worms for all the sales guys.
Territory was changed mid contract as to make my budget look bad. GREAT service guys while I was there.

The union stands up for employees and the office hates that so it becomes very two faced very quickly. Everyone is always worried about the next layoff, you will be worked like dogs doing tons of overtime then the next week laid off with no warning. this happens every 4 years, it is a predictable cycle of over working people then sacking them. A decent company would be able to figure out scheduling to avoid these cycles but instead they simply keep hiring and laying off.
They don't care about you no matter what they tell you don't fall for it!

Working at Atlas Copco was a very enriching experience, the working atmosphere was very rich and encouraging.

I learned a lot from my managers and from the continuous trainings and workshops.
For me the hardest part of the job  was to grasp all the very technical information in our industry, i'm almost an Engineer now after all these technical training :)

Most enjoyable part of my job was the exposure to many cultures; working in such a reputable multinational company is an unforgettable experience.

8 hours at work, every week-end is off duty, unless there are breakdowns, then there will be call ups for overtime. jobs carried out underground, are always supposed to be completed before we surface, even if it has to take 2 days.
when it comes to hose making too, one has to manually lift heavy rolled hoses to a cutting machine, no-matter how big or heavy they are.

It is wonderful working at Atlas Copco as it is a Multi-national company, most employees get the chance to visit other countries to share knowledge.

This company gives back to the community as part of its corporate social responsibility and employees take part in such projects.

Employees are treated as partners to the business, recognition is given where ever it is due.

a Job in service is secure , unlimited overtime wether you want it or not .
Management is two faced and has no respect for the employees . Management has the  " we are corporate and better than You  attitude    "  
Can make good money but do not expect to have a life . Management thinks they Own you .
Expect to be held responsible for others mistakes on the regular .

Initiated multiple strategic sourcing projects in business units
Organized negotiations with key strategic supplier in different categories and maintained key contracts

My job was receiving the service work orders from service manager and fixing the portable and stationary air compressors on the site were the air compressors are located. I have gained much of experience on how to deal with customers from this job. Repairing the broken down machine gave me good feelings after observing the customer's satisfaction with the work done for repairing back the compressors.
