A Typical Day at Work:
A typical day at work is productive and well-structured. From the moment I start, there’s a clear direction on tasks, and teamwork ensures everything flows smoothly. It’s a balance of individual focus and collaborative efforts.

What I Learned:
Working here has been an incredible learning experience.

Management:
The management team is approachable and supportive. They consistently provide guidance, encourage growth, and value employee input, making it easy to feel heard and motivated.

Workplace Culture:
The workplace culture is one of the best aspects. It’s inclusive, positive, and focused on teamwork and innovation. Everyone is supportive, which creates a strong sense of community and belonging.



The Most Enjoyable Part of the Job:
The best part is working alongside a talented and inspiring team. Seeing our efforts come together to achieve goals is incredibly fulfilling, and the regular celebrations of success make it even more enjoyable.

Overall, working here has been a fantastic experience, and I feel fortunate to be part of such a great team.

Hired me as a laborer. I was elevated to production manager in 2 days..
I was thrown into the job and asked to learn a vast amount of machine maintenance and quality control and also task my crew with jobs and schedule their breaks etc. I was given a $1 raise...
I was previously sweeping and loading carts.. 

I performed very well and efficiently and applied to secure the job formally, through internal hiring (I was working for them from an agency) 

They did not hire me formally, for a position I was already doing an exemplary job at, from zero experience to running an efficient production line with little incidents or down time at all. 

They hired a managers friend instead and I was laid off. This company should be avoided.

At Atlas, the job at hand could be a little bit difficult and stressful. Once you settle in and see how things work it gets a bit more comfortable but the workers are always angry and working against eachother. Its almost like its a competition. I couldn't handle the constant insults and mind games my co-workers were constantly playing on me. The managers notice when there is trouble but never take action. Its almost like they are too scared or just don't care. I wish my co-workers could of dealt with tough work situations in a more mature manner.

Atlas has educated me and the workers to an incredible extent. They have allowed each individual to improve themselves and they give a lot of respect to others. If we have any family issues, Atlas is always there to lend a hand. They work with employees and management. They are a great company and I recommend working with them. I am proud to say I have been a part of their management team.

An  equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce. Easy going production atmosphere or course it can get a little busy/hectic. Hours are great Mon - Fri  generally 6:30am - 3:00pm . Compensation and Benefits are decent and there's room to move up. Great Management that care about everybody's safety and concerns and have a monthly meeting to check in with everyone. Periodic work luncheons, bonuses for safety and attendance.  

Great place to work accept the management make it impossible to work with supervisors who are not capable of managing effectively for people to want to stay employed with company.  If you talk to HR they tell you to just work through it as the manager of shipping who you get your work duties for the day is a horrible person with no people skills.

There Management have no skills when handling there workers. They sit around and chat and then all of a sudden work and get it done fast. they do not communicate with there staff efficiently... they either talk behind your back or not at all..

I had a great time working here. I loved the people. Job security isn't one of the best but as long as you work hard and keep busy. you'll be fine. one of the best jobs I've ever had. I miss it; had a misunderstanding there and had to leave.

Good For me, personal opinion is a good job, now I am out of the epidemic, but I hope that soon I will be a good working group.workers good people communicative supervisors clean work not racism

It's a very toxic environment and the management doesn't really care about the employees.
I didn't feel safe working there. 
It's not an inclusive environment where everyone can be themselves.
