BAD SHADY MANAGEMENT AND HR!! Our private agency once again sent a internal candidate there for a quarterly auditing assignment after numerous complaints and after the first couple of days, the candidate said that the work environment is still toxic. The Management team is a BIG joke and this does not exclude HR. They are incompetent, unprofessional and a strange bunch. Most of the management feel entitled and are mean in nature. Our agent also said at times over the phone and in person, management personnel and hiring staff would chuckle at his heavy east Indian accent. We later confirmed that they are racist in discriminatory fashion due to all the jokes and gossip overheard that week as the post was within the management branch. How do the management and HR workforce get away with this nasty stuff?

Unfair distribution of workload.  Overly aggressive/ overbearing management.  Too many supervisors.  Too many management decisions were made by upper management without a true understanding of the tasks being done by logistics staff.  Great employees to work with.  Management and organization of workload terrible.  No recognition of good work that logistic staff does by management.

Often times a toxic work culture; Very few opportunities for advancement; Below industry standard for compensation. 
Company goals and objectives are not widely disseminated to the staff. Large amounts of negative feedback, with very little positive reinforcement.

At Atlas Tire, we provide customer service to our clients. We provide product knowledge on products that need to be ordered, or on any concerns the client may have, in order to help them receive intel and products for their clients. Therefore helping reach targets for the company.

Horrible work place. Management is incredibly rude, starting from the highest form of management. Unrealistic work ethic, people are very disrespectful and rude. Unprofessional work environment as well. Very uncomfortable.

Beware of this place. Owner was disgusting, screamed all the time and degraded employees and verbally abusive. Expected you to work overtime with no compensation. Pay was good, but no money is worth the abuse.

Toxic work environment.  Work load is very heavy.  Training is horrible.  Management is very unorganized and unfriendly.  Not a fun place to work colleagues talk behind your back nice to your face.

Employer had confidence in giving employee work. Some employees were easy to get along with, others not so much. There was never an expectation to do unpaid overtime.

The pay was good and the workload. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and positive. Overall a good experience and work environment. I enjoyed my time here.
