Working about 12 hours a week part time was decent, a good balance with school. However, the days that I worked  weren't very exciting as there was often little work to do. This is okay for 4 hour shifts where you can clean and whatnot, but trying to find work to do in order not to be sent home for an 8 hour shift isn't exactly easy, and days were long. Little advancement is possible in this field. Not too bad for a student job, but because of the lack of work I was subsequently let go. Hours were cut almost regularly.

doesn’t acknowledge the fact that you’re a human being and have responsibilities and obligations and about your mental health, doesn’t pay you enough you font have days off you cant say what you’re thinking becaus you’re the bad guy and the boss is ignorant 

The job is really relax, you do your work at the rhythm you want, the people are great and really funny. The management is okay, it could be better i guess. If you occupy yourself, the days can go by really fast (tip: don't look at the time, it goes by even faster).

Working for l'aubainerie was a good experience overall, and gave me the opportunity to make money while still being in school. I also learned a lot about management and customer service.

Nice people, management very present to help and guide, employees cycle a lot. Clients are hilarious, but the kind of people one would expect from a cheap fashion store.
