I worked for this company for years. This company has shame culture. 
They give you an assignment and control you every second! 
They don't believe that a human being has a brain! They act you as you need to be directed every second! They do not encourage you for what you do, but god forbid if you do something wrong! 
They humiliate you with their behavior and smirks. It’s ingrained in their culture that you have to be ruthless, like in prison, to survive. Here, you also have to sell yourself out and suck up to get ahead. 
Some managers are good and kind, but the bad thing is some team leaders and lower level managers are two-sided and they act good with managers but they don't with workers.
If you are in need of money, it's ok to work here, but if you aren't, take care of your mental health.

August Electronics is an enjoyable and collaborative place to work with lots of opportunity for growth. It is easy to get assistance from both you peer coworkers and management. Its flexible shift style and openness to moving positions within the company allows for lots of different types of experiences and opportunities. August also does a number for the community and includes many volunteer opportunities for those who want to give back in any way. The people at August provide an incredible support system for both work related struggles as well as those you may run into in your personal life. Finally, August shows appreciation for the hard work presented by its staff in a number of ways, including BBQ's, potlucks, and treat days. Overall, August is a wonderful place to work, and I very much enjoyed my time on staff. 

I truly love my job at August. The ownership and management team are great, the staff is awesome with many people who have been here 10+ years. We're like a little family, we all work hard and play hard. My favorite thing about August is how adaptable the company is, everyone is always keen for solutions no matter what it takes and will work together to get it done. It really does take all of us working together to be successful. I appreciate the flexible hours and how receptive management is to our feedback.

My job is challenging, for you have to do different tasks and it's good since you learn numerous various types of work. The hardest part of the job would be when the company is busy since you would have to work overtime. The fun part of the job would be when we do activities which happen once in a while. My co-workers and I also had get-togethers. In conclusion, I enjoyed my job because my co-workers and I had great teamwork, and they were kind and genuine people.

The hardest part of the job is not being trained properly and having people tell me different things and you have to be fast and efficient. If you have questions and you ask they seemed annoyed when you ask and if you dont ask questions they seem annoyed that you dont ask. First day of my training was unorganized. They dont give you feedback on how you are doing. The pay is decent for an inventory clerk. 

During my time at Electronics, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of different areas. This flexibility had allowed me to learn more and grow as an employee.  The management at August is incredibly understanding of different family situations, allowing for time off when necessary, enabling employees to have a better work life balance. There are many staff bonding opportunities as well, creating friendships within the workplace! 

A great place to be if you like to be challenged, enjoy meeting deadlines and are motivated to contribute to the greater good of the team.
The staff are empowered to learn more about the company, both within their own department and other areas to explore opportunities for growth.
The company is led by a great management team, who guide the team towards success in a positive, nurturing way.

Sometimes when timing is short. The situation becomes more stressful

August provided a nice working environment as well as guaranteed hours with the occasional overtime. However, despite being well known for my problem solving and relied on by many, I received little more than a pat on the back for my effort and was one of the first to be laid off when things got slow.

Co-workers do not want help each other, and absolutely no contact in between, the funny manager enjoys to do only one thing per day is proud of himself - watching you going to washroom...The guy and his group do not know electronics at all, and wasted time and energy for fun!
