Auntie Annes

Auntie Anne's was the most entertaining job I've had to date. I don't think many people would find the simple act of twirling doe around, to be that entertaining. But the environment was great, the location was in the middle of the mall. So with all the commotion it was hard to ever be bored. Auntie Anne's wasn't around for very long, a few years I believe. So the opportunity for much advancement was low. 
I ended my employment there as a keyholder, I also was responsible for doing full tills on the managements off days. 
The job itself was not particularly hard, I made doe i shaped pretzels and then i baked them. It was the counting of tills and the learning of programs that was tedious. I'm very hands on and love to learn new things, so the responsibility was very appreciated.

Depending on the day management could be in a bad mood. 
Very flexible schedule & fun coworkers. Very high turnover rate i worked with A LOT of different people. Management was good to you only if you were on their good side. Would get out long after closing due to not always having enough staff members to assist with the closing. High expectations for not very competitive pay.

It is an awesome place to work at 
the job is easy if you can balance the responsibilities and the costumers however the management is a joke I can;t believe how many times I had to book a day off for example and at the end of the day they'd still schedule me for that day

Easy going job with great teams. Always a relaxed environment. Weekends are busy and fun to work under pressure.
Unfortunately now Aunie Anbe's is no longer in canada due to covid19.
So cant say how new management will look like once they reopen some stores in Canada again.

I enjoyed this job quite a bit. 
Manager was extremely supportive of his staff & would frequently come in to give a few pointers and recommendations. He would also work with us and help us when we needed it.
It is quite a fast paced environment and could get stressful as times but my coworkers were fantastic to work with.

Great management with a better understanding of struggling part time students. Being a supervisor had many responsibilities, and I was lucky to be trained accordingly. i got to learn a lot about customer service and develop my leadership skills.

i love working at auntie Annes Eaton Center. we get free drinks and the team is great. we also get a pretzel and a dip free. 

the organisation is fun to work with and the growth potential is excellent.

I like this job, I know what I need to do, management is very flexible and I like the people I work with. I stay because it’s comfortable but the pay is not great, I lose money at the end of each month. 

No a good company. Not reliable no communication with hr. Long hours. Rude staff and corporate has no communication with stores except once a month.

I loved working for Auntie Anne’s. It’s such a friendly atmosphere, and you get decent hours. You are appreciated and rewarded for your efforts. I just wished they were able to give more hours for Full Time team members.
