I had no issues with any of the drivers or other dispatchers I worked with. It is/was the way the business is run. There are no night time premiums for dispatchers working until midnight, or past midnight. Working from 12 to 8 in the morning and showing up to work 4 in the evening is expected if we are short staffed (We usually are)

Drivers are awesome, they are willing to go above and beyond their duties. They will stay late, come out early, and be on call.
All dispatchers work well together, crisis management is a must, and teamwork plays into your every day life.

Aside from issues with management I would highly recommend this place to anyone willing to work in a fast paced environment.

there was such a high turn over of employees that everything in the office was disorganized. No one knew how to fill paperwork out, everyone had their own methods for everything and the "customers" were always angry. Obviously because we were towing cars constantly so when people came into the office they had to pay hefty fines and were always very angry to have lost their vehicles. The business owners are unprofessional and didn't care about the well-being of their staff.

Everything about this place is bad.They underpay the office staff they let the tow drivers abuse to  the office staff. they don’t believe their staff when negative things happen, they fire people for no reason and then treat you horribly when  you stand up for yourself . Worst place I have ever worked it’s not worth the lack of sleep the long hours when they force you to cover shifts or the health risks when driving home 

Don't waste your time. They treat good people very badly. Owners generally don't care about anyone except themselves and if you make a mistake they will hold it against you for as long as you work there. The job fear is insane as one of them is always threatening to fire you and yells at the staff. Completely inprofessional and immature. The only bright side are the staff themselves..

Small towing company that is family owned. Management and ownership are severely lacking in people skills and competence. If you like having no days off, being screamed at for even a small issue, and having your pay cheque held hostage by a childish owner because he has a problem with something you said or did, then this is the place for you.

We talked about my interest related skills wheal i worked there i learned most of what i know and and i moved more then cars with my recker hauled from 4hrs north of Saskatoon to 3hrs south of regina that was my favourite part was the driving 

Better off to stay at home then work for them. Owner takes your cheque and tries to make you pay for damage, won’t pay you if your truck makes no money. They could care less about you as a worker. Just stay away


unorganized management, don't use all their potential to get more business, Management is too self-focused, don't take care of their employees and equipment

Over worked. Under paid . Not appreciated. Owners don't care about staff.  Feel bad for anyone who gets sucked in to that job. Lack of bennifits is never a good thing either

Wage was poor. Lots of favouritism takes place. Management was poorly done. Only brought home a little over $800.00 a month unable to live off that income
