Auto Spa

A typical day at work during the week would be coming in at 3pm, cleaning the interior and exterior of cars, getting off at 7pm. I learned a lot about customer satisfaction and how to ensure that customers go home happy. The management was really good, great people but also made sure you're doing the job right. Hardest part of the job was working on hot summer days. The most enjoyable part was working with great people, that helped me learn a lot.

I worked at Auto spa for a long enough time to understand how they operated and what it took to work with them. I also understood why they were the best in town for detailing. Auto spa ensures quality to their customers and makes sure that they leave satisfied the way they operate is very organized and the hours were made so they can fit into everyone schedule. The reason i had to leave was because it was a seasonal Part-time job.

Typical day includes beginning preparation (cleaning etc...), detailing cars as they come and go. From this job I learned how to clean the entire interior and exterior on cars as well as applying tire shine and window wash. Hardest part of the job was the poor A/C in a tunnel where 10+ cars can being running hot at a time. The most enjoyable part of the job we working and joking around with my co workers.

-if you don’t speak their language (Arabic, English) and you don’t look like them. They treat you differently
-communication is horrible
-scheduling horrible 
-organization horrible 
-management/supervision horrible 
-co-workers however are amazing people
-and the services they offer are also amazing. But overall. Behind the scenes is brutal.

Auto Spa was a great place to work, awesome people and fun and easy to work with. Busy mostly in the winter I have never been thru something so fast pace in my life, Was a great experience to go thru and have the time to meet all the great people that work at Auto Spa.

I would have to say that it was the best and would live to try it all over again as a new job.

The auto-spa strives to put out the best quality in the work, the treatment of the employees is amazing and the management does a great job at handling costumers needs and problems. the business is overall exceptional and is a place i learned a lot from.

A typical day of work:
-show up at 7:30am (Opens at 8am)
-see cars already lined up before we're opened
-clean cars for 8-9 hours and won't see the end of the line until we closed


Overall, not the worst job. It will definitely keep you busy so days usually tend to blow by very quickly.

Good for a part time work.

If you work the interior, get ready to clean dirty cars (that's what you're there for). 

Sometimes it's a constant flow of cars coming in, other times you sit around doing nothing.

Bring hearing and eye protection if you have them, you'll need it.

Fast paced but good environment. The management is very kind, but manage you well and motivate you to do better and put in 100%. It was enjoyable to work here

Terrible to work for. No life. Demand was high. Very difficult to work with. The pay was average but not enough for what a person does. Your making next to nothing really. Bad experience.
