The management, only one males working for her, not females. Bad management.

Clock in deal with customer needs, put away inventory, chat with co workers

It was okay but the pay and hours are so poor. The people are great, but usually don't stay long because of the poor pay and work life balance does not exist.  Management is good. Standing for ten hours sucks. 

Great job for non energetic ppl who wish to be paid very low wages
No advancement opportunities

good place to work at biggest learning experience for me had a great assistant manager that showed me a lot and i handled cashout and closing the store

Great team of staff and magement at AVH! Fair and fun to be around. I would reccomend this company to anyone who has an intrest in the automotive industry

Best place around to work at and get parts.the quality of parts they sell is second to none. They supply a lot of the dealerships in the area with parts.

Staff were great, customers excellent.  Handling cash, waiting on customers, displaying new products, dusting, teaching new cashiers, inventory, pricing, and doing end of day cash outs.

Awesome family business.  loved working there.  Great hours, great bunch of workers.  Everyone helped everyone there.  They treated you like family.  I miss them.
