I had the unfortunate opportunity to work for a company that I can only describe as a nightmare. From day one, it was clear that this employer had no regard for their employees' well-being or happiness.

The management team was completely incompetent and had no clue how to lead or motivate their staff. They constantly made unrealistic demands and expected us to work long hours without any compensation or appreciation. There was no work-life balance whatsoever, and personal time was seen as a luxury that employees simply couldn't afford.

Communication within the company was abysmal. Important information was often withheld, leaving us to scramble and figure things out on our own. The lack of transparency created a toxic and distrustful atmosphere, where rumors and gossip ran rampant.

The work environment was incredibly toxic and hostile. Colleagues were pitted against each other, and there was a constant fear of being thrown under the bus to save face. Constructive feedback was nonexistent, and any attempts to improve or voice concerns were met with dismissiveness and condescension.

To make matters worse, the pay was insultingly low for the amount of work and stress we had to endure. There were no opportunities for growth or advancement, as the company had no interest in investing in their employees' professional development.

Overall, working for this employer was a truly dreadful experience. It was a toxic, disorganized, and exploitative environment that took a toll on both my mental and physical well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering working for this company to run in the opposite direction and save themselves from this horrendous ordeal.

Working for AutoIQ at Barrie Ford in the sales department had new experiences every day.  Meeting with customers and helping them with their automotive needs was challenging and rewarding.  The team at Barrie Ford was like a large extended family and most staff get along very well. The biggest challenge for me at Barrie Ford was being able to keep up with customer online requests as there was a huge volume and sometimes could get overwhelming.  I really enjoyed connecting with customers and helping them find the right vehicle to suit their needs.    

Each day I'm greeted with a smile, and also greet my co-workers and our guests with a smile.  I am in a safe and positive environment.  If I don't know an answer or am not sure how to do something, there is always someone to help me, including calling Quorom Support.  I am very happy in my position and I can't wait to move forward with this company. 
I learn more each day about the Automotive Industry and how to provide our customers and guests with the best service possible.  The hardest part of the job is when sometimes a few co-workers with much more experience get frustrated when I don't understand right away what they are talking about.  But every day I learn more and just do it with a smile. This dealership provides me with the opportunity to be happy at work.  That's very important to me.  

Working at the Barrie Chrysler BDDM has been great so far. Nobody second guesses to offer a hand where ever its needed. The people and management are positive, friendly and all around fun to be around. Management always goes above and beyond for their employees and make sure that everyone has everything that they need to be successful within the business. The hardest part of the job has to be the not so friendly customers. The easiest part is helping out the people that you can, not only are you doing your job you're helping someone out. In the time that I've worked here I've expanded my knowledge in the automotive industry as well as improved experience in customer service.

The dealership is a great place to work. It is definitely a fast paced environment and just like any job come it's stress. If your not efficient and able to deal with the stress it's probably not the place for you. It is a friendly environment and the people are nice. The departments are very segregated and would be a lot more efficient if they worked together as a team vs each department acting alone. Management in some departments is excellent but certain departments need some work. Benefits are not the best but better then nothing.  All in all it is a great place to work and the pay structure is competitive. 

As an aspiring high-school co-op student I had a great opportunity to join Kitchener Ford as a sales and marketing representative. I got to learn the ins and outs of a great automotive business and can strategically include what I have learned from my co-op into my everyday life. From the receptions to the sales consultant to everyone that works at Kitchener Ford they have made a great impression of what a high quality automotive business should look like. Again I really appreciate the opportunity at Kitchener Ford and best of luck to them in the year 2023!

Great place to earn a solid income if you are willing to work 60+ hours per week. Leadership within the location is not as strong as it could be. They have a great process when it’s followed but it only applies to certain individuals. Accountability is not standard to everyone. Partner in same department is not a team player and it is seen by upper management but nothing is done. Everything leads back to management not managing their staff effectively. The most enjoyable part is pay day as it’s the only time you feel like you want to come back but again, you are working 60+ hours to get it. Pay is below industry standard which is why you also need to work the hours in order to earn what is typically acceptable. 

Auto IQ provides an environment for its sales reps that allows us to help our friends and customers with all of their vehicle needs. By offering so many brands, and 1000+ used vehicles, you can help your customers feel as though they have shopped around, without them having to deal with multiple sales reps at multiple locations to make a confident decision. It is all about the customer experience!
I have also seen employees try out multiple positions within stores until they find the right fit for themselves, without having to change companies. 
You are always in control of your own success in this business, and that holds true in this company.

I worked in the service department of airport ford and i can't say enough good enough things about the staff and the service manager.
The service manager was the best boss i have ever had, any unpopular decision he made was backed by reason and made sense. People may say that he was not a good manager or that he picked on people but those people are either fabricating stories or not seeing the full picture.  The staff there is always ready to help each other during the work day and keep the day light and fun.  All in all i can't say enough good things about the service department and the management there. 10/10
