I gave only 1 star for job security abd advancement becasue there was no where up to go in my position and the person that was my.mWhenanager at the time insisted that the only place for me to go up was his job which wasn't going to happen yet he is no longer there anymore but I did a lot of his work.  Other departments did promote a few people so it is possible there but but in my position.    I was working at Autobahn freight lines.  I found it to be a good company with good people working there. I had opportunities to learn new cultures with wonderful people. We worked hard but still had time for company lunches & get togethers. I only stopped working with Autobahn because of the covid lock downs or I would still be there. They have since relocated and I don't know anyone that still works there since covid but so hope they are the same good company I knew when I was there. I would have recommended Autobahn as a good place of employment and it still may be bit everyone I knew from tjere was laid off or left due to or around covids arrival, so I can't give a genuine answer to that now that I don't know what it's been like in the past 2 years. 



I find this is a very good place to work.  If you are doing your job, nobody will question you.  Everyone is treated with respect.  This company is generous to its employees when it comes to holidays and  they are always working on building moral within the company by fun projects, lunches, ice cream days, Halloween pumpkin contests, Gingerbread house decorating contest,  Christmas Lunch at work and Christmas party with dinner and dancing.  This place is what you make of it.  Always stand your ground as we all should anywhere,  you will always see that you fit in and are treated well.

From the moment you step into the office, you can feel the positive energy and sense of calm that permeates throughout the space. The leadership team understands the importance of fostering a healthy work-life balance and has made it a top priority to ensure that their employees are able to maintain a sense of equilibrium in their personal and professional lives.

The very long hours. Worked at the office and took phone calls all night

Very busy and some of the dispatch team didn't speak very good english

arrive at 0700 - take calls all day, and try and communicate with the drivers

Gud management and Gud work all people take respect

I don’t remember anything like this

Fun without stress pay on time every thing pay

All day my enjoying this company

I am working in this company from last 3 months,   typically my days are really good at work. I got an opportunity to learn lot many things on my job. Apart from this, Management is really good and supporting in all aspects. Furthermore, workplace culture is also amazing, everyone always help each other to their best. Overall, my experience with the Company is really good. 

Sometimes you could get forced dispatched but they are organized , better then the rest of companies .overall it's ok company to work as an owner operator or company driver 

The company fostered a culture of learning and growth. Managers were always available to answer questions and provide guidance, and there were regular opportunities for training and development. Overall, I would highly recommend Autobahn to anyone looking for a relaxed and insightful work environment.

Who ever is going to apply for any jobs at Autobahn Freight Lines Ltd, please do not apply at this company. The company as a whole is selfish and not very a good company to work for. The managers here over work you and don't even commend you for doing a job.

Its being over 3 months since I am recruited, and so far the origination has exceed my expectations. They care about their employees and try really hard to keep time to listen to employees. They are not strict on work hours, as long as you get the work done.
