I like working for Automobile En Direct because of the environment, they really do make everyone feel welcomed and they keep it fun. It is a fast-paced company who always strives for bigger and better things, all the while keeping the interest of their employees in mind. There are a lot of opportunities for advancement and this is why I love working for them, if you prove to them you deserve a chance to increase your workload and have more responsibilities, they will give it to you,experience or not. I have been working with them for over two years now.

I work as a full stack developer which comes with the privilege of working remotely, I am part of the marketing team so our goal is to improve the user experience on the company's website to generate more leads/sales.

The marketing team is young, dynamic and very driven so we are constantly brainstorming and looking for ideas that will bring the company to the next level.

Especially as this was my first job, I am very satisfied with the coaching. Very open to your ideas and opportunities. They only want to help you with regards to your future and personal life; never hurt or disregard either. Hours are variable, which was helpful.

Amazing staff and work environment, people are friendly and make you feel like home. 
Always fun coming into work even on harder days. With support from a great management team, you will be able to learn and grow with proper coaching. 
It's a demanding place because they want the best out of people, the amazing thing is they help you become the best you can be.

Always complicated to speak to higher management. To many employees to feel like part of a family. Feels more like your another number. Managers don't want to talk about salary outside of their conditions and yearly reviews.

They've got all the bells and whistles for their sales staff, but everyone else is at the whim of the owner.  If he likes you, you're in, if not sayanara.

If the GSM would finally be let go the place may flourish. The culture is actually good in other location, but cronyism is rampant and I just didn't fit in there.

This place is a good place to work at. You have a good life work balance and you also have the opportunity top grow within the company without and degrees. All it take is persistance, motivation and hard work. 

If you are looking to work with cars and a friendly team environment automobile en Direct.com is a great place to be. Plenty of fun events held, great leadership and teamwork. 

I love working here so much everyone is super nice and super funny um never bored here. They don't pay me enough for the work i do tho. But you have so much fun working here that you forget about it
