Autoneum

I am eager to pursue a career in heavy equipment operations, as I have previous experience working in this capacity in Venezuela South America, and would welcome the opportunity to take my career further in the province of Alberta.  My experience includes handling and successfully operating a number of building and construction machinery, such as excavators, tractors, trucks, bulldozers, scrapers, vibrator rollers, rock trucks, road graders, forklift, skid steer, dump box trucks, backhoes, and front-end loaders. I am also more than familiar with using hand and power tools; such as pumps, chain saws, air hammers, compressors, and mixers. Working within Autoneum, I have adapted to work unpredictable hours.  I am committed to the utmost in safety and quality work in a deadline driven environment. I can work as a team player, or on my own, depending on what the position requires.

There is a overall poor work environment. Management is to busy lobbying for other position to build their career that they forget to do their current job. Supervisors do not encourage employees or provide necessary resources to do a good job however they are very quick to criticize, critique, and discipline. They run as a just-in-time organization but lack the organization to do so which involves layoffs and call-back and you are responsible to check the schedule four times a week despite it supposing to be up by Thursday for the following week. Innovation and intelligence are NOT promoted here

A good place to work with friendly people. Growth presented the many challenges that most global organizations face. The goal of standard work ,policies and procedures globally proved very frustrating for most, often stifling innovation,continuous improvement and the focus on people. I believe community, wellness and the development of people are essential for true engagement and the transition from good, to a great workplace.

Easy job, pays the bills, "be the master of heat and sound" (is their slogan), plus hourly position rotation on the lines and a fast pace make time fly. Has been laid off ever since the pandemic hit. My heart aches for Autoneum to return to my city and offer a nice midnight shift again. May Autoneum rise again!!

Going into work everyday was something I would look forward to. Always meeting new people and seeing a familiar face everyday. I did not have a social life as I worked every overtime I could get to have enough money for school. Amazing people to work with and if i could go back i would work there in a heart beat. Great work place! 

Not best place to work always gotta get higher numbers. No appreciation from management or supervisors about work done on a day to day basis. Broom in hand till shift end no clean up time at end of shift for the employees besides cleaning your area. Would not recommend this place to work if you want a good atmosphere environment. Lots of layoffs

not the worst place to work if u just need a pay check. i enjoyed most of the people i worked with and made some lifetime friends. It gets really hot in the summer but heat breaks are used. the management isn't the greatest they just care about numbers. Its a faced paced environment working in a time limit to complete cycles.

You just go, go and go all shift long! A good go at least I really liked it most days.
The work environment is good, just keep to a small group of people cause the drama is crazy. 
Every shift is soo different with break times and vibes. I like nightshift the best. It was a fun environment and lots of great people to work with.

Autoneum is a great place to work, other than it being shift work. The afternoon shift sucked because you never had time to do anything with anyone. Day shift is very strict and you really cant mess up. Midnight shift screws with your sleep but is a very good shift when it comes to doing stuff with friends and family

I loved working at Autoneum. The supervisors are extremely understanding and they had amazing communication. It's a super laid back place to work. As long as you do your job accurately and correctly you will have no problems.
