Never before have I worked at a place where the bosses do so much and go out of their way to help you succeed at every turn. It is very much a close knit family at Aventura, and all they ask is you to try your best. 

As most sales jobs it can be the easiest low paying job, or the hardest high paying job, and you decide. 

This job probably had the least amount of micro-managing out of all the jobs I've had, but are always willing to give advice to help you succeed. The bosses really do bend over backwards for every one of their employees! And are very flexible with everything from days off, to locations, All they ask is for communication. 

This is a great environment for those with no sales experience, to those that have lots of previous sales experience. 

This company is like a big family, everybody is looking out for one another. 
Management not only will provide you with professional help regarding sales but also treat you as good friends.
A typical day at work would be arriving at a Walmart at 10 a.m., setting up the kiosk, and starting to pitch shoppers about the products. Simple but not that simple. The hard part of the job is to keep your heads up even after hearing "no" for a thousand times in a row. But hey, that's the job. And the joy of closing a sale will definitely make up for that. 
I've learned from many great agents in the field and I've noticed that everyone has their own sales techniques. At the end of the day, it is the sales representative's personality comes on top when making sales.

 Aventura, a great platform for both constant learning and earning. I would say it was my one of the best working experiences with this company I ever had throughout the whole one year period. The mentors and managers are super friendly and helpful and they always look for the room of employee’s continuous development. Their pay structure is amazing and it is certainly possible to make a huge paycheque here. An uncapped earning opportunity and continuous learning environment made me a sales pro. If you want to be master in sales and  want to see your career in Sales then just go for it.

I was one of the member of Aventura Marketing. It is a very good experience to me as a new comer to Canada. I left because of my personal reason, but if it is possible, I would like to stay as long as possible in Aventura Marketing. This is not a just a company, you will learn, you will have fun. And the most important, you will have a family. 

Worked as a Senior Sales Consultant for 15 months, coming from a totally different background this place was completely ready to invest in me and trained me right from the scratch. The layers within the management structure is very helpful and always there to guide or answer you patiently. This is the place to learn sales from experienced managers who are very generous and they include both hourly + commission pay (Which is great too). If you are someone who is interested in sales I highly recommend Aventura Marketing

It’s also a great opportunity to sharpen your sales techniques and develop valuable experience in customer service and energy markets.

Typical day - Stand & pitch 800 people a day / might get 1-3 sales.

Management is easy to talk to but might use what you say against you or while talking amongst themselves.

In monthly training or work events you will often be ignored if you do not speak their language. 

Meet and work with many great people. 







Work-Life-School balance was great! Very flexible time which will help people like myself who's also in College. Different cultures with different backgrounds that can be an opportunity for learning. The management is great and will treat you like friend. No pressure, just motivation. The more sales you get, the more money you'll have! I had a great time working for this company.
