Upper management completely out of touch with industry.  Same story as anywhere else, head office makes unilateral changes to justify their bloated salaries, regardless of impact on front line workers, they focus only on numbers and not on customer service or taking care of employees.   Most management are hired because of corporate compatibility rather than industry experience.  There is no formal training. If you have an understanding of electronic systems you will be an asset, but they wont pay you what you deserve.  Vehicles and equipment are rarely serviced, maintenance is up to the workers.  Prepare to be frustrated beyond belief most days.  Some staff members are really great, some are seething racists who smile at their co-workers and trash talk them behind their back. This should be a last resort.

Bureaucratic management, totally disconnected from reality on the ground. Management obsessed with numbers. Slow Motion Inventory limits the parts inventory in each branch, a nightmare for technicians. On the road 75% of the time, sometimes more. No recognition in return. Very limited vacation choice. Fleet of obsolete, very old and poorly maintained heavy trucks. Lots of burn-out. Ridiculous remoteness bonus. Formerly a very nice company, but destroyed by a new management. Many good technicians, but misused, they are overwhelmed with administrative tasks that could be done by an administrative employee. No vehicles provided unlike the competitors. Not even a Christmas party, just a small dinner without a spouse. Ship without captain taking the water, sinking to come.

This company has bad management, they made it impossible to enjoy going to work. Everything is made so difficult and stressful that I dislike going to work. They say they want to build the business then take away tools/services that create new customers.Mangement creates problems without having any solutions to fix what they have done. I have stuck with them hoping they would wake up but they keep doing more to add stress to their employees that make them money...if you want a job to stress you out and be treated like gabage then come join our team.

Great knowledgeable group of technicians that are great to work with, local entrepreneurial mind set and high pace environment. Never a boring as diversified challenges every day.  Senior management finally investing in equipment, technology and in creating a local positive team environment. Management need to continue investing in technology and people. I enjoy working here.

This company is slowly choking itself. Management has no idea how to do the actual work. All the employees are trained by watching videos. All senior staff have left. There is a ratio of 2:1 for management/technician. They will work you until you break and your time is expected to be their time (Technicians 24/7, Management M-F 8-3). You can get extra responsibilities but never a promotion, management is hired from outside. Get everything in writing.  

This is a great place to work. The company culture is wonderful. They really care about their employees and their well being. Management is always open to suggestions from the staff, and their doors are always open if you have a problem to discuss, be it work related or otherwise. The group benefits and retirement program are incredibly generous. The staff was very welcoming when I started working here, and continue to be very appreciative.

Management is relaxed and fun. No micromanagement. 
Good pay, good benefits. 
Some coworkers can be difficult to work with but if you’re as patient as a monk, you’ll be fine. ;) 

Not a good enviroment under the new manager in Montreal . The gentlman has no sales or managment skills .His insecurities and paranoid behavior make it unpleasant to work with .

Anyone that has to work under or along side this piece of work has my condolences. I will miss working with the other good people at that company, but i wouldnt suggest this place to work for anyone other than someone i dont like.

a good and old company that fell into the hands of an incoherent leadership without any vision. You are seen as a number that can bring profit and just so. The company goes from inertia but you do not know until everything stops
