I am working for Axess Law for indeed 2yrs and counting. People are so caring and always go out of their way to help each other.

The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. I feel valued, and heard, and my work means something when I am at Indeed. The emphasis on work-life balance in this company is better than any I've ever worked for.

Every day is a new learning period as you deal with different types of clients over the phone, chat, and email. The managers are all hands in making conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. They also leave feedback to make your work easy.


-There is no job security at all. Juniors are hired and let go of within a month's time without proper training ever. I was not trained properly at all nor did I see anyone being trained as they should
-Management gives juniors the same responsibility as senior clerks within few weeks and when they make mistakes (obvious due to lack of training), they are fired without a thought
-clients are given 100% importance and employees are given none. their only concern is making money
-there is no work and life balance. you are expected to work overtime, late evenings almost everyday and on weekends without OVERTIME pay
-extremely stressful, workload is too much for everyone and not enough lawyers and staff. 
-do not recommend working here at all

Working at Axess Law can be a challenge, but you are rewarded with growth and opportunity. I've learned a great deal about the fundamentals of Ontario's real state and legal industries while working with an amazing team of lawyers and clerks.

The most enjoyable part of the job is being part of an incredibly diverse and friendly team. I felt motivated everyday to contribute to the collective success of the firm and found it to be an incredibly rewarding experience.

Working at Axess Law, Chagpar Lawyers, and Daudlin Law was an amazing experience to learn about what it takes to survive in different fields of law and how very different but how same they all are at the same time. 

A day in the life of a Law Clerk is indeed packed with pressure with drafting documents, meetings with clients and lawyers which I really enjoy because it helps you get better at your job. 

I would recommend these three companies that I have worked to any new graduates or anyone out there in the law field that is looking for a position in a firm.

I've worked at Axess for over 5 years now and the opportunities never seem to stop. You get to work with such a diverse team, the business model prioritizes everyday Canadians (so you feel good about making an impact) and I feel like I can work autonomously. 

My experience working for Axess Law has been nothing short of exceptional. The work environment is very positive, supportive, and inclusive.

The whole team (and even the lawyers) are very easy to get along with and so accommodating. They are always willing to listen and offer help, which makes everyone feel appreciated and motivated to work harder. The team members are also very supportive and collaborative, making it easy to work together.

The company's values and culture make it a great place to work and an employer of choice in the industry.

I worked there a few years ago and to this date it was my worst experience. They live off volume and not quality. They had bad management and organization. Inexperienced juniors were given senior roles they were not ready for or deserved.

Axess has alot to offer. From understanding management to team player co workers. Axess makes my 9-5 a fun job not a mundane life style. The management is extremely helpful and makes the job life easy. 

Working with the people in Axess Law makes you achieve your goals and targets. Management helps you simplify what stresses you out. Everything is doable as long as you collaborate with your colleagues. 

The emphasis on work-life balance in this company is better than any I've ever worked for. There are many great people here. Great benefits. Currently, work from home.
