Working in sales, stress is always derived from getting the target.
But the expectations are reasonable so it’s more of a sense of responsibility than stress.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly working environment with monthly staff events.
Open door policy and company president very involved in daily operations

I have learned a new programs, my Boss Lady ROCKS!  If you have a question, you will get help.  The Breakfast's, lunches, snacks (not the only reason why I go to work), EXCELLENT.  The most difficult aspect is the rude carrier's that call in and cannot articulate what they want.  Every day is not considered work, in my opinion.  I finally like what I am doing, and there is plenty of room for increasing you knowledge and skills, you just have to ask for it.  Blessed to be here.

You can learn a bit about transportation, import export, but not much. It’s great as a student job, since you can have some free time on your hand to study while it’s not busy. There is no room for growth, and the salaries are very low. There is a lot a mouvement in the company. Employees are leaving all the time. 

I worked at Axxess in 2017. It was the first company which I worked at after having finished my studies, and honestly, the company is just great. The higher-ups are compassionate and understanding and really take their employees’ futures seriously. The team was so much fun and the beautiful office and location make it all much more interesting to work there.

it is a very close industry in order to be successful you need to provide excellent service and to be very reliable  and honest .
My position allow me to meet all the right people of their organisation to have a very good l communication at all level to  facilitate the ease of production  ..

I would say that I learned a lot from this growing company. They have many offices as well as departments in which made learning fun. I was able to branch out be very proactive and assist many department with very little knowledge at first. Great company to start at to learn about the brokerage business.

I learned a lot while working for Axxess. The days went by quickly, a lot of things to learn! You have to be good with change! The workplace culture is good and the company thinks about their employees (snacks, lunches, events, etc.) The office is also very nice and well situated! 

Great company with good core values. The team is dynamic and they are problem solvers. It’s a family owned business and it shows , people really like to work there. 

Great place to work at although they could use a more modern approach regarding management.

a good customs broker company, for both Canada and USA clearance but struggles on the Transportation side. Not much else to report and good company in general
