What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part was the amazing people I worked with aside from upper management.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lots of weddings and a GM that has no idea what he’s doing. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It would be an amazing place to work if it was run by competent people. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Getting ready to work in the dining room or doing weddings.

A work day consists of either scheduled events, walk-ins, or reservations. It's work that values the adaptability of the stewards/stewardesses through out the day. It is well managed and staffed, throughout the day a steward may be required to assist with house keeping, maintenance, or the kitchen. It allows for productive work that has no shortage of opportunities. It sometimes becomes exhaustive due to the long hours but it provides the opportunity to improve stamina over time.

A typical day at Azuridge is busy but not too stressful. I learned skills involving productivity and efficiency. Management needs improvement but at the end of the day they get everything done. The culture is all about precision but to make it fun at the same time. The hardest part about stewarding is simply keeping up with dishes, when there is a huge event. Its easy to stay busy so time goes by fast and you are always surrounded by funny people that make it enjoyable.

Managers encourage and helping and positive attitude towards the employees.I love working there all Managers, Directors and employees are productive to the company and trustworthiness with respectful.team works is good and management, Company is excellent, well organized, high standards with cleanliness,Mutual understanding, Respectful, Great Hospitality is the main core of hotel and maintain cleanliness, Beautiful views with superb Staffs, Managers and Directors.

Beautiful setting, some great colleagues. Unfortunately 2 managers that lied all the time. One of them is still there. The general manager has changed since I worked there so hopefully things are better now. It was my favourite job of all time so I was very sorry the management was so poor at the time. 

Management was very detached from actual events. They only stepped in to bully you when problems arouse. Organization was lacking from events and all heads of departments seeked a scapegoat. Some people work too hard and the highest paid work the least. Underage drinking on a daily basis went unseen because of nepotism. 

HR and GM are very nice. Kitchen department very dysfunctional and even servers in opal are a chef they will tell you what to do. So many micro manage

A Fun place to work at. Always stayed busy and each shift was new and exciting. 

Some downsides includes very late night and really early morning shifts. Schedule was given out only one week in advance. It is hard to maintain a good job work/life balance.

There is a lot of bias within management that impacted the staff and everything was .unorganized management, daily tasks ect. but the view was nice. The environment slowly got less welcoming and became stressful quickly. 

At Azuridge, staff look out for one-another. The standard expectations were to keep up with your tasks and assist with co-workers if needed. No one was left behind in terms of work-flow.
