i learned how to manage people and be a good leadership in my team on the site,enhance my ability to work in high pressure situation.As a part of the company I make sure everyhthing will fine and i do responsible for the duties that assigned to me.
I maintain my workplace nice and clean.The most enjoyable part of my job is we can have a team work so that the result of our job will be 100%goal.I:ve learned to be a good worker and good leadership so to make our job fast and success!The management are good to us like they give us a break,they give us benefits especially when it comes to family matter.

Hired me with the promise of sending me for my apprenticeship for carpentry. 5 months into the job they made another round of hiring new people. After another 3 months they sent 2 people to school for there apprenticeship that were hired after me. When i brought this up management they started to see me as a problem and not a team player, so I started looking for different careers and quit when I was hired by another company. 

Site by site management varies quite a bit. One day a worker can be valued and be part of a team, the next, feel completely invisible depending on the foreman/ superintendent.  Some of the project managers are stuck in the 1930's thinking they can threaten to fire guys who refuse to work 12 hrs/day 7 days/wk. 

Good place to work well paid,Variety of tasks to further my knowledge of the trade, When they like you they’ll give you a lot of good work but there’s gotta be more communication between everybody and organize organize things a little bit better to create a better structure for the job runs smoother

In all this place dose care for its employees and is more like a family they are big on safety and will have a safety meeting every week keeping all employees updated on policy’s . Your work to family life is a great fit can’t ask for anything better . 

This is the best place I had ever worked. I would still be there if my driver license didn't expire.  Best for a family man/women that want a high paying job that thinks of your household before giving you too many hours 

banff constuctors was not a very professional place to work. the foreman of this place was making racial remarks at our worksite. if i had an emergancy the formen would not let me talk to my partner it was not a great place to work this was on ochapowace first nations

Work started at 6:45 am. We would have our tool box meeting then the little crew I worked with would gather our supplies for the day and then get to work.

Field guys are good. Superintendents are cheap and the office staff are young, inexperienced and have no idea how To communicate properly. There close to no real understanding to policies and procedures. Rules only apply when it’s convenient

This company requires a lot of your time but it's worth it. Great pay and great benefits are an equitable tradeoff. The people are wonderful and truly care about their employees.
