I'll try and keep this short. I thought I was going to enjoy my time at Bardons and feel appreciated for my hard work. However after working their for a while my expectations crumbled. I'll start off with my injury. I cut myself by accident and showed the warehouse supervisor & warehouse manager. I asked can i please have an injury report. They replied with "You don't need one". Mind you that this cut was 4" long and about 1/8" wide, it wasn't the worst injury but it wasn't a paper cut either. Management is absolutely incompetent all they do is worry about expenses and damage control. Communication between departments is non existent. Everyone is miserable and dislikes they're job. My work load is so heavy every single day that I don't have time to take my entitled brakes. the only positive thing i found about working here is expanding my knowledge with plumbing & HVAC products, and potentially getting an apprenticeship but that most likely wont happen. Turn over is huge. i surprise myself with how long i've put up with this mess i wouldn't recommended this pathetic employer to anyone! 

As a current placement student with Bardon Supplies Limited, I am highly engaged with the internal functions of the organization. The workplace culture fosters strong levels of communication and the managers are very engaged and supportive with respect to my placement. My host works diligently to provide me with the best experience given a remote-based circumstance, and ensures that my experience aligns with my college program to optimize my overall success. I am regularly provided with the tools and resources required to complete tasks at hand, and have a network of internal professionals who are always eager to expand my knowledge-base and assist me as seen fit! It has been a pleasure to be a part of this organization and the positive culture they have established!

What is the best part of working at the company?
I liked my paycheck and the hours

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Showing up everyday and dealing with the same horrible stuff over amd over

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It does not even exist.  They admitted it was terrible

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I would try my best to do a job I was never trained for.  And get repeatedly run over by the tatle tale bus every day

a very well run warehouse.  My truck was always loaded and ready for me in the morning, so I was good to go after completing my circle check.  Branch management was good, but head office management could not be relied upon to follow through with promises.  Basic equipment upkeep and replacement was sometimes delayed to the point where it had a negative impact on the ability of an employee to perform his or her duties effectively.

When it was a family owned business 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management won't back you up they set you up to fail

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor not treated fairly  lots swept under the rug

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and long work with no gratitude

It has been a great experience working here at Bardon Supplies.  I have met many great people and have enjoyed the  culture our team here in Brampton have built.  We all encourage each other to be better each day and work as a team towards that final goal.  I couldn't ask for a better team to work with all these years.  It has been a pleasure!

Bardons is a great place to work! Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you and help you succeed. In my time here they've helped me learn and grow far more than I ever thought I was capable of and build a career im proud of!

the warehouse is dirty and dusty.
Some people work hard well others pound the puppy. 
Warehouse is so unorganized can't receive or pick orders correctly 
The overall attitude of everyone who's been there 5 plus year is very poor and not caring 
Upper Management as no idea what's going on 
No proper supervisor 
No proper up keep on equipment.


The Branch manager expects you to take on roles and do things that are not conducive to a company mandate.
Unfortunately this company has probably one of the best HR staff and are out of Montreal but never sees what goes on in the Ontario branches.

I was working here as a summer student for the 2022 year. It was an excellent overall experience. I learned a lot from my managers and colleagues. Unfortunately, I was a summer student, so I was not able to come back, really wish that was not the case.
