I've been working for BBQBCLEAN for almost 10 months. This is a part-time job that's well-suited for college students, provided you have good physical stamina, patience, customer service skills, and don't mind getting a bit dirty or working outdoors. Of course, having a car is essential.

The reason I say it's perfect for college students is that my class schedule changes every semester, but my boss is incredibly understanding of my timetable. She tries her best to schedule work according to employees' availability, and I really appreciate that. I believe many college students like me want part-time jobs during their free time but worry about conflicting schedules, and this job is the best choice.

Compared to other jobs, the pay is relatively high. What's more, customers can be very generous with tips, especially during the busy summer season when the work is physically demanding and dirty. However, customers appreciate your hard work and compensate with tips.

Adhering strictly to the work process is crucial. If you can follow the procedures diligently, be meticulous and patient, you'll likely excel at the job. Communication skills with customers are also essential, and these experiences will stay with you for a long time.

Most of my work is in Vancouver, and my boss arranges the work locations based on where you live, so the commute is not particularly far. Sometimes I enjoy working in certain locations in North Vancouver and West Vancouver, where the scenery is exceptionally beautiful.

In conclusion, this is a job that's highly suitable for college students, and I highly recommend it.

I worked at BBQ B Clean in the summer and it was an awesome experience! Jo is a great manager that makes sure you get as many hours as you want/need and always works to accommodate around your schedule. The job itself was a lot of fun, a challenging yet rewarding experience. I was always impressed by how genuine and nice the clients were, and they always made the job enjoyable through hospitality and great tips! I would very much recommend this job for anyone looking to make great money and who doesn't mind driving  around to different homes while generally working alone. The job can be physically demanding at times with days being shorter or longer depending on the home, but as long as you come prepared with the right equipment and give yourself time to recover with food and refreshments when needed you'll be great!

Overall I'd say this is a great place to start for people looking at both part time and full time work as the busy seasons get very busy!

It has been a pleasure working for Jo the two last years. She is a very respectful and fair boss to work for. This is a great summer job for students or anyone looking for part time/full time work. As a university student myself, with a very chaotic schedule, this job is very accommodating and Jo has been wonderful with adapting the work to my schedule. Can work as many hours as you want/as little as you want. It is great getting to work for many friendly clients who appreciate the hard work!  Clients are almost always very generous and accommodating which makes every day at work a pleasant one. You get to work at a variety of different locations throughout Vancouver, North van and West van. Getting to work outdoors in the sun most days at some very nice homes is my favorite part of the job. The work requires an individual who is detail orientated and up to working in a hands on environment but between the generous pay and tips, it is very rewarding! As someone who enjoys cleaning and helping others by giving their best, it is a satisfying job for sure.

This job was great for me over the summer and into the fall as a college student. Jo was amazing with scheduling flexibility/accommodating and giving schedules ahead of time. It makes all the difference to have an understanding boss. 
It’s physical work in a variety of weather, but you get used to the job quickly and will be very well-trained. Great opportunity to work outdoors, be in a new environment, work on your own, take pride in your work, and make good money and tips. 
The hardest part is the first couple of jobs on your own but Jo is very good about checking in and making sure you're ready to start going solo.
I highly recommend this job, you will gain a lot of experience and get to be in a different scenery every day, never a boring day.

I've had taken this job up during summer, Jo was very accommodating towards me balancing another job as well and the schedule flexibility is really great. The job was hard work in hot weather conditions but the pay reflects the work. Overall the job was a good experience and the pay was great especially for a college student.

Jo is a great boss, very flexible and understanding with scheduling, she was very accommodating. The days can be long but worth the pay and tips that I received especially as university student. Overall the job was a great experience, it’s really nice being able to pick your own hours and working in a new environment each day. Never a boring day. 

Jo, the boss is a great person to work for. The job is exciting and outdoors and flexible around your schedule. the money is great and sufficient training is provided to set you up properly. Although it is a bit physically demanding, adequate time is given for each job.

This is a great job for anyone who wants to make good money over the summer or all year. It is hard work but it is rewarding. Even though it is a lot of the same work, it provides a variety of locations and situations. Overall I would recommend this job 100%

Always at a new location, bringing along self kept supplies (provided by company) and cleaning mostly BBQs but also often stove tops, ovens, tile and grout and other thing.
