Was a great place to work at times with tight deadlines and schedules that had to be met with poor scheduling starting from the production office down to the production floor......wok around great people on the floor fun and challenging atmosphere.......upper management were approachable at times and other times u just just had to avoid production office to get the answers you needed in order to get your job done

great place to work but upper management was inconsistent with maintaining communication with its employees. they treated there employees like they were expendable, the company was like a revolving door when it came to keeping employees. as we gained one new coworker we lost three. overall it was fun to work there but we didnt know if we were going to have a job in the next week.

A day would consists of setting up tasks for warehouse and receiving departments. Calling vendors for shortages and problems. Managing the plumbing and HVAC materials within the warehouse. Supervising 13 people with the material handling department.Enjoyable part of the dayy is coming to work and working with my co workers.

Fast paced , quick decision making, meetings ,I enjoy that pace on a job
for outside construction tighter time lines .
they gave help if asked and support.
the culture was good ,normal .
staying on staff to keep production wear I needed it , staff issues, materials.
the satisfaction of hitting targets , team effort , no recordable instances

I love working there with the poeple and supervisory staff was very professional and always there for the employees. The ebenfit package was great. The health and safety was excellent. Making sure that PPE were worn with a 97 persent safety record it is awesome and a pleasure to work for them

Opportunities at BCT Structures were always available.  Through hard work, dedication and persistence, those opportunities could be realized.  Those three items are the key to success there, as they are anywhere else.

lots of overtime when you work there. very hot in the summer, tiring work early day. the people were good for the most part but the managers are forced to let people go before the 3 month probationary period is so its not a good long term job.

They treat employees like trash pick favorites bully and mistreat employees very disorganized totally incompetent with no respect for workers

Overall it was one of the best places I have worked. Only the people surrounding me and the supplied hot lunches were what were keeping me there in the end.

While working for BCT there was a very good relationship between management and the workers with respect on each side. When doing your jobs appreciation was shown and the opportunity was there for advancement.
