I am a heavy duty mechanic who worked here. Management doesn't do what they say they will, very disorganized, just throw you into the mess, tried not to pay double time after 12hrs, biggest issue is that they don't respect and treat their employees appropriately: fire people who speak out, don't want to work full time in next town with only weekends of or don't do exactly as management says without question (lock out equipment and raise a stink when the lock is cut by management, mechanics who quit badmouthed, service tools pillaged by current employees and blamed on past mechanic)  wouldn't recommend.

show up, pick balls from field, cut grass if needed, clean golf balls, bring to cleaner, and transport balls to the driving range, after being cleaned. I've learned how to maintain a driving range, and assist customers on their every need. co-workers were great to work with, but rare as it is only a one person job. there was no hard part of working there, very enjoyable. everything was enjoyable.

I have been working at BCC for four years.  I love my job so much.  I am respected, paid well, awesome co-workers and love coming to work everyday.  It is a super awesome place to work!! 

Job was clear,fellow employees helped as much as possible, ok equipment was provided. Job was fast paced and rewarding. Overall my experience was pretty good, the hours didn't work well for me, not the company's fault. 

Local family owned company, normally short term on larger projects due to poor management and low quality project managers from BCG. Work is very sporadic... Employees are expected to sit at home and wait months for a call, be available on a moments notice if work comes along, then work weeks on end due to the companies poor planning.

To many supervisors doing even one else's jobs instead of their own, nothing ever got fixed or maintained, along with issues getting fuel for trucks/equipment ,some jobs were total disorganized chaos. Pay was ussualy late, 

I worked for Bear Creek for over a year with no chance of moving up the ladder. High turnover rate and not very well managed. The managers are all very family oriented which makes it hard for new comers to move up and receive raises.

Bear Creek is a great company to work for and has great people. Employees are treated well and I enjoyed my time working there. I noticed some other reviews about late pay, I am not sure what that is about as I was never paid late in the 2 years I worked there. 

Versatile company, not much room for advancement. However the benefits and pay were good enough to keep me on. Co workers were always a delight though management had a habit of breathing down our necks.

Company management is disorganized.  Too much money spent on upper staff and ignore long term employees.  Often bullied by management.  Mgmt uses staff as excuse for lack of performance.  Company has financial difficulties since 2015.
