I had 2 weeks training standing behind someone watching them perform job related tasks. 0 hands on time with the machine. My second day running the machine on my own, actually "Making adjustments" I get called into the office and "Let Go". Was told I just wasn't getting it.

I hadn't even completed parts of the job like installing a stripper, setting a stripper up. Making adjustments for counters and many other tasks. I would have still been standing behind the full time employee watching them work if I hadn't asked to be put on the machine to get some "hands on training".

Completely BLINDSIDED by this company. Among Low pay, rotating shifts terrible management and favoritism  I wouldn't recommend working for this company for a second. Don't pass up any other opportunity's to work for Bellwyck like I did!

The best thing about Bellwyck was the work life balance.  I had two young children and was always offered flexibility in my schedule when and if needed.
The staff turnover was definitely an issue.  There were many people who were let go or quit over short periods of time.  This is due to poor management on many levels.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with supervisors/management who were disrespectful and micromanagers.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside my peers (not management) who were all great people.

I was very sad to leave this company due to my personal health issues. The team was very friendly, mentored and helped with learning the Rewinders.  The Rewinder was really enjoyable to work with.  For the most part it was easy to speak to everyone about any questions. This Canadian company itself is really awesome to work for with great opportunity to grow.  The only hard part for me was honestly the dust and pollen build up issue, because I'm allergic to both of these.

For anyone not wanting to lift heavy things, like myself, Bellwyck Packaging is both hygienic and comfortable. Tasks revolved entirely around carefully yet quickly placing labels on medicine bottles for shipping, so already you feel like a hero/heroine for taking part. You're sitting for your shift, so it's incredibly easy for this day and age, and the task is repetitive meaning it's easy to catch onto the role and work quickly and effectively. Highly recommend working here again.

Too few staff for the workload, and little to no resources made available to enable staff to develop, or even to just achieve every day successes. Zero respect or appreciation for the staff. I worked an average 60-65 hour week, till I just burnt out. It stings my professionalism, but I would strongly recommend anyone to avoid working for this company.

Un-skilled management,they don't have sense how to run company ,how to increase the production,just they interest to hiring and firing,they don't care about your expertise so I requested everyone don't join this company otherwise you will get great loss and wasting of time

.working with outdated machines.                                    .Hostile environment, coworkers consistently untruthful just to save their .Company seems to be in disarray, bad planning .I would describe this company like a dictatorial regime. And no  I am not upset .

Good people, not a terrible place to work.
Management is a little all over the place, not much room for advancement.
Pay is below what most pay for the same job. 

I really enjoy my job. I am catcher/ operator assistant emmeci machine 40hrs per week and overtime. my mangers and my coworkers always encouraged me I can do gluer catcher/ sorting. 
I always put my efforts.

Friendly & co-operative workplace culture. People are very generous & helpful. Management is considerate of health & environmental safety. Company organizes various events throughout year to make workplace fun.
