Every day all workers would come in to work, no one had a specific job we just did one job that was were trained on and moved to the next when that one was completed. This really trained me to always look out for co-workers who were falling behind on work when I would be ahead so I could help them out as well. You were always busy on the job making time fly by easily and every was always in a good mood. The hardest part of the job was heavy lifting some times but anything over 50 pounds there was always another person willing to help out. The most enjoyable part of my job there was there you never felt like management had to hover over you to know how to do your job correctly. We were trained efficiently and we knew what to do, making things there run smoothly all the time.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Privately owned company ran well with good people. Majority pod the people wanted to do a good job every day

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Used Temporary employees for fluctuations in work load and they would not show up for the shift

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly for the most part people in general helped each other

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Regular employees came in for there shift ran well we all went home safe

I found Bird Packaging to be a very welcoming atmosphere, everyone knows everyone there and have a good time while working. I've actually been waiting to get back into Bird for the past few months as it was one of the best places I've been employed at so far.If given the opportunity I would most definetly work there and encourage everyone else who gets the chance to do the same.

When working at bird packaging I had the opportunity to work there doing volunteer work in the office, as well as some general labor work on the plant floor. No matter where i was the people were always friendly regardless how many long hours they had already been there for. The job was fast-paced and i got to see different aspects of the business.

The company is a good place to work the people there are good and get along with them and the management there are good ti get along with too I rearmament people to work there.Is a box company that make cardboard boxs I run a rite size machine that makes tray and lids and regular slotted cartons.

The company is great. All the staff in managment are real understanding people. The hardest part was calculating the boxes that were made. I learned how certain boxes get put together. Typical day was make a few jokes about boxes and went by quick.

it was just like a normal factory and same diversity of people but one thing that was different was that they do a group strech before the shift so nobody pulls anything

Busy work place but a great place for gaining work experience.

With what i did while i was on shift was good. They try and over work you to the point of over exaughstion. Managers and anything above regular workers suck at explaining what your supposed to do

In this company I didn’t say that long it just for one moths so I cant say anything about it but it’s hard work and It’s really hot in there also the people doesn’t work as a Teammate
