Very quiet and zero culture. No team engagement or communication

BLT construction is a great place to work. My coworkers are talented individuals who bring their unique experiences and skills to the table. Being able to collaborating with an amazing team has helped me grow professionally and makes everyday enjoyable. 

BLT offers a great culture which promotes collaboration, team work, and constant learning and growth. 
A great place for anyone looking to increase their knowledge of construction and construction management. 

BLT is a very professional and respectable company run by capable and demanding management. Expectations are high, as is the pride and output from management to achieve the respective company goals. Demanding work, with appropriate compensation.

I did not work for BLT Construction long enough to establish how I felt about the company as a whole. This is a very prestigious construction company based out of Toronto, I however was not able to travel due to unrelated circumstances.

Typical day at work are coordinating with other colleagues and/or subtrades, building a required task assigned, organizing and cleaning.  Very rewarding type of job as you are able to see the progress of building and results.

Management is uneven - some Managers are excellent, a couple are micro-managers.

Office has unlimited potential if they are more organized in work flow.

Great team of tight knit people,fast paced work setting that can be rewarding. Plenty of support for those who need it. Overall a great place to work with a large diversity of projects.

Work balance depending on the job you are doing.  
Management and communication very poor.

No place to grow
Hard to feel as home.


Relaxed place to work but very poor management. Office is great, the people who work there are great. Lacking in basic communication with the staff, from all levels.
