I am one of the several foreman in just over a year. They are Straight up the very worst people I have ever worked for in my life. The upper management is full of gossip and manipulations. I was an out of town worker promised everything. Slowly they take things away. Make your life harder and expect more out of you until they try and break you. You live in garbage 5th wheel trailers, they constantly breakdown and you're expected to fix it or figure it out. Random trailer inspections by the owner with intimidation that they have eyes all around you always. They know what you are doing at all times. They make it there business to do so.
There is no organization when it comes to planning out the day. They literally fly from the cuff and decide day by day what is happening. I worked in the civil dept and watched this company waste 10's of thousands of dollars in materials cause they just don't care and are clueless. Not to mention they will not listen to anyone they hire is this field.  They know nothing about dirt and lack basic people skills. Emotional intelligence is none existant with this company. If I could rate them lower I would.

Does the exact opposite of other builders 

Has all trades in at one time which is harder on them and caters to them more than they should.

The only builder that tells trades they will clean up after them even though they are paid to do it.

If you want to do everything more than once because theres no forethought which in the end eats your profit and makes for a long day.

Not all superintendents there are bad to work for but if they don't know what they are doing then how are you?

They will do anything to save money where they shouldn't like doing part of the trades job even if nobody knows what to do then the trade has to fix it before they can do what they are being paid to do.

All in all a very chaotic company not a good place to work they will screw you over first chance they get. This is just the tip of the berg too, good luck !

Be very clear when negotiating your wage because it might be significantly lower when you receive your pay stubs.  Also the management lacks experience and knowledge when it comes to building procedures and practices.  The culture at bmp is toxic and morale is very low on most sites.   Other companies and contractors have given BMP the nickname "Butcher My Project" and the name is fitting.   All in all a great place to learn what not to do and perfect for anyone who enjoys being sworn at and bullied by young, inexperienced project managers and superintendents.   You would probably enjoy a root canal more than working for these blokes....

The mentality of some of the staff was overwhelming and horrid. I'm surprised nobody pulled a muscle rolling their eyes. When I was busy, I was busy, when I was slow, I was stupid slow. I don't think they needed to hire anyone else, the current staff just needs to stay off Facebook and Instagram and maybe try working while you're there, actually earn that paycheck they give you.

I have worked here for 18 months and personally love it. The office environment is casual and friendly. You are not just another number, they treat employees like people and take the time to develop real relationships. Everyone is very open and outgoing. For those that do their job and show initiative, management has no problems offering advancements financially and professionally within the company.

HONESTLY, one of the shadiest companies in existence.  Toxic management with frequent yelling, door slamming and generally a lack of guidance. Both the senior manager and the silent partner have no people skills.  The silent partner is hiding from various lawsuits generated from previous dealings in the construction industry.

if I was able to go to work and do my work I would’ve loved to have stayed to finish my job for BMP buy some mishaps happened they are an okay company just don’t go thinking your gonna be breaking your back they are pretty slow-paced not very organized and don’t have great communication skills they were great on the safety tho 

It was a great place to work at. The paying was good and the Benefit plans were awesome.
Although they really need to improve on their organization, sometimes they didn't plan ahead and things went wrong, other than that it was great.

This was one of the worst companies I have ever worked at . I felt the Management to be unethical and overall devious. The management here are at best hands off and worst negligent and deceptive.
