There were many parts of this job that I enjoyed (customers, co-workers, learning about product) but as time went on things declined.  Advancements and opportunities were given to undeserving people who got ahead by stepping on others to get there.  HR and upper management are not helpful and turn a blind eye to situations like harassment and bullying and there was a lot of working extra hours with no compensation or thanks which led to stress and unhappy employees.

Started with BOSS working in the packaging area. Over a couple years I was able to move into different departments trying new things. They helped me get my forklift license and after two years I earned the opportunity to be a supervisor. There is always room to grow in this company if you want to work hard and learn.

The staff lunches and social club are fun and they make you feel like a part of the BOSS family.

Very demanding job with extremely low pay. The work environment involves heavy use of chemicals with minimal protective equipment provided, which raises serious safety concerns. There’s no proper break room, so you’re forced to take your breaks either outside in the yard or inside the warehouse where the totes are being washed. This might be a temporary option if you need work immediately, but plan to move on as soon as you can find something better.

Worst company I have ever had the "pleasure" of working for. More empty promises than a carton of fortune cookies! President / COO is the son of the founder and has very little to no business acumen but nepotism put him in charge so he has surrounded himself with a group of "yes-men" who get off on wearing cheap suits. If you look closely you will see a pattern of people eaten up and spit out.

The worst job I have ever had. Very unorganized. Management was all about them selves. Unless you are family of the owners your nothing to the company. Lots of empty promises and a lot of "take one for the team" expected to cover everyone else with only a muffled thanks. I would not recommend anyone to seek employment with this company

Territory management ,sales ,marketing ,negotiating skills. New product development great staff . Co workers were exceptional , job required selling no-name brand product to customers entrenched in branded product identification

 Lots of training needed for warehouse management to be good at management. Empty promises from upper management. Not loyal to their employees. Favoritism to certain employees in front of other employees. The amount of toxic energy there is quite ridiculous.

Be prepared to get all the junk runs as the good runs are reserved for their prized driver. It's salaried so he makes the same weather he's done on Wednesday or Friday. The frustration will mount as every week the lead driver will finish his week Thursday afternoon but you'll be driving into Saturday afternoon.

Another place to work where common sense is not so common. 
Selective vision, selective hearing and selective decision making is at its finest. 

Be expected to do all the work while management does nothing. 

Nothing else really to say about this place other than, don’t waste your time, look elsewhere. 

Doesn't matter how much experience and ability you have. If you aren't part of the circle you will get the garbage end of every job. So many areas for saving the company money and making things more effective & safe. The management doesn't care as long as they get to sit and collect their pay workers don't matter.
