While the training process leaves room for some work (i.e. there needs to be a better way to train someone than giving some handouts and putting them to work), and the salary is not as competitive as the other bigger firms; the staff and lawyers are INCREDIBLE. Such a relaxed and flexible work environment, and supportive co-workers. If you have a question, there is never someone saying "I don't know" because even if they don't know they will help you find the answer.

I can't say enough nice things about the place. 10/10 I would recommend. 

This place is awful. Full of cliques and you're considered an outcast if you're not part of one. People are territorial and don't want to train you properly so you're pretty much set up to fail from the beginning. If they do train you on something, they feel threatened you might take their job when all you want to do is help with workload. Gossipy and competitive environment. If you say hi or good morning, expect not to be acknowledged like youre invisible or something. Management allows people to come in if they're sick and I wouldn't be surprised if there's an outbreak soon.

I enjoy my work at BoyneClarke LLP. The work environment is pretty relaxed with helpful coworkers, supportive management and friendly lawyers. I received enough training at the beginning and positive feedback encouraging me to do my best. Additionally, when the workload becomes intense, I can always rely on team members to help me finish my tasks on time.

I won’t waste my time here: this is not a healthy place to work at and you will not be properly compensated for the efforts you put in. Very greasy and overall borderline unethical.

Worked here for 3.5 years. The management is the worst I have ever experienced. The salary is a joke. No growth, no raise, no bonus, they dangle the fruit for a few fun events with gift cards and long lunches to engage their staff. But what they really need is a management do over. The turnover and ratings for this firm says it all. Keep scrolling. Don't apply.

High demands and very little resources. Did not feel cared unless I worked insane hours of overtime. This company does not promote a healthy work-life balance in my opinion. 

Make practically minimum wage as a reward of solidarity while training new employees who are making more than you. Hope you are healthy and nobody in your family is sick because boyneclarke doesn’t care, they still expect you to be there all day every day. By far the worst employer I have ever worked for. 

Extremely under paid, and over worked. The management is not accommodating, and if you have any sort of life outside work, or a family or kids..  they do not care. They treat staff like they are disposable, and yet no one wants to work there! Keep looking for other jobs, do not settle.

While they have excellent firm training, on the job training is lacking, they throw their new employees that are fresh out of school into the frying pan expecting them to either sink or swim. If you don't swim they have no problem firing you

Ive worked here for several years. The lawyers are supportive and welcoming to all. There is lots of work to do, which means job security, and the days go by fast when youre busy. Would recommend applying if you want to start your legal career
