There are some cliques within the company that despite them not actually being management they have a massive amount of pull within the workspace and they are more than happy to use that pull for entirely selfish reasons. Including things like shift/position adjustments if they dislike you.

I've had a forklift driver literally follow behind me as I did my job for 30 minutes at a time(or more) and either harass me or tell me how to do my job as a somewhat regular occurrence. Many people will pretend to be your supervisor on a regular basis and get away with it.

The supervisors themselves however are typically pleasant and understanding, easy to talk to and are willing to give assistance when and where they can. 

There are a lot of training opportunities if you wish to move up in the company, which often involve increased pay. Despite the cliques there are still plenty of people who will look out for you and make sure you stay safe.


Working there 11-7am two months three weeks and one week left to getting my benifit card I showed up to work knowing I was sick still went anyways worked until I really couldn’t work anymore asked to leave at 3:00am was told I could leave went home and was sick for additional three days and proceeded to go back and work the forth day and was told not to come back because hr says the supervisor said I said I don’t want to do work so I going home and that’s was not the case anywho I think the only reason I got the got in the first place was because the guy who was actually to get the position I start had just got into and accident before so I got the call they used me for three months

What is the best part of working at the company?
Management are caring considerent family oriented, pay is competitive, overall  a wonderful place to be 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Just the overall aspect of doing your best and diligently to get the job done in a safe manner and a timely manner in appreciatement of the company 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
So far so good but seems to be changes on the horizon

Some good work ethic and solid attitude employees within , however a few employees bad talk behind your back and criticize your efforts . Too many injuries and unsafe work practices . Too many people giving orders and confusion occurs due to this. Good pay and benefits all I could see..

Very poor company culture. Employees are under constant stress and can not perform to the fullest of their capabilities. Management is understaffed and their stress level is phenomenal. I learned a lot about the Steel Manufacturing Industry and my time there was valuable, but overall a bad place to work at.

A small family company that has grown with changing technologies over the last 48 yrs. An enjoyable place to work with supportive management. A fast paced environment most of the time, with personal growth, lots of cross training, benefits the company and co-workers.

Every job has difficult days , but the good definitely outweighs any negatives at Brannon. Great people , great opportunities and competitive wages, with lots of room to grow within the company. Depending on your role, your day can be routine or it can vary day to day, Overall a great place to work.

Fantastic company to work with.  Management is open and available to ideas.  There are plenty of opportunities for overtime and cross training. The family environment is very inclusive and the service awards are unbelievable.

Management is fake. You have to be careful cos they know the power they have, and they'll use it.  supervisors can lie to management for personal reasons and they wont investigate they'll just believe what was said.

There was always help for problems, praise for hard work, and consequences for bad actions.  They strongly support their employees and local charities.
