Poor management with individuals who only care how much money they make and not the overall wellbeing of their people. Even when they know some individuals "get away with murder" they reward them for it. Not an honest place to work.

When presented with issues that need to be resolved, it gets brushed under the rug, you're given 10 more tasks as punishment or told tough luck, suck it up. Then your time there is miserable. 

The people there are so dramatic, very based on a popularity contest and politics. If you like the feel of working with obnoxious kids, this is the place to be.

You don't get rewarded for your hard work and crazy hours. They have you on a leash. Even if you put in your 100000%, they'll review you as "below average" 

Years ago, this place was in good hands, the last few years it has turned for the worse.

Great company to work for.steady hours,working outside in rain sucks but its construction.carpenters1030 rate is $27/hr+package=around $32.
I only left because union politics,voted foe liuna for higher pay and pension which the carpenters found out about my anon vote and life became hard there.young workers trying to prove theyre the best at construction making somethings dangerous but thats all construction.JUST SHOWUP and youll be good.

Operators headsup it doesnt matter how many years youve operated,even with all safety tickets if you dont have a g2 minimum keys go to the less experienced and dangerous workers

Typical day started at 7am, and consisted of keeping up with houses approaching their PDI and closing dates. Learned what deficiencies to look for prior to PDI dates to ensure houses were up to or exceeded  company and customer standards. This included drywall repair, paint touch ups, trim installation and repair, flooring repairs, adjusting staircases and stringers, window and door installation, spray foam, insulation, framing, etc… day ended at 4:30pm.

Branthaven and their team are second to none. Theyare honest and run their business with integrity. I was very proud to be a part of the Branthaven family. This builder is going to be an ongoing success in the new home building industry. While my life took me in a different direction and I parted ways with Branthaven I will always be grateful for the years I spent there.

Great place to work with lots of training and help provided. Came in with minimal experience and was trained and promoted to top of department. Co-workers were fantastic and helpful. Team felt family like when it came down to the crunch.

Great company to work for, supervisors were great, I was treated with the utmost  respect

No stress at all, everything was great, stress free work environment, co workers were great

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awesome, good culture, everyone got along great

Management changed and it was one of the worst things the company could have done. Poor leadership, on your own when it comes to tasks they always mess up the scheduling 

extremely long hours; if you dont get along with key managers they will belittle you in front of new hires.  your ideas need to be kept to yourself as they dont want your honest feedback.  only perk was they are very charitable with the companies they deal with and give back to the community.  

The company provides opportunities for a variety of jobs within the course of the day, from basic site housekeeping to construction and interior finishing. Workplace culture could use some improvement, however many opportunities for improvement.

Working at Branthaven Homes was an excellent experience. This is a company that rewards it employees with a great work atmosphere, room to grow and competitive wages.
