BRASSO NISSAN

Brasso Nissan is probably one of the best dealerships in the country to work at. They have very strong ethics which is important to me. In general, management has good relationships with their employees. The only reason I am not still there was an issue came up that myself and management disagreed on and I stood on principals. I would work for Brasso again quite readily and happily.

Great place to work until you enter the mass of drama that is the whole building. Full of grown ups who start, cause, and create all of the drama. At the beginning, they take you under their wing and teach you everything there is to know about the automotive industry, but if you don't sleep with one of the service advisors, he doesn't like you and will make your life at work miserable.

Awful management team. They do not support their employees at all. Absolutely no appreciation of work applied.
I would not recommend working there, having your vehicle serviced there or even purchasing your vehicle from there for that matter.

The managers are very understanding, and want to help you achieve your best. They are quick to help when you need it. The owner works in the building and takes the time to get to know each employee. A great work environment, with great hours and opportunities to excel.

Working in the service department is absolutely horrendous. The office manager is rude and inconsiderate. The service manager plays favorites and doesn't treat people fairly. Also the pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work and responsibilities you have. 

Positive . Excellent management. Helpful and willing to teach. Challenging with lot of back up to solve the daily tasks. Over all  good experience. But very poor wages, unable to catch up inflation 

If your starting wash Bay it isn't a bad first job. Usually great customers and good staff. If you do what is needed and required of you then it should  be fine. Although there are some days it can be very busy and demanding so you need to be ready to keep a fast pace.

Good place to work. Mangers are excellent and treat their employs well.  The company was always there for me as i dealt with difficult times.  Family oriented and run. 

It is an amazing place to Work everyone friendly and a great atmosphere 
All the departments ei  et k well together and help each other out 
I f et joy going to work every day and lovff Ed bring around people

Service management contradicts each other, has no idea how to handle or operate an express department, and keeps employees on staff that shouldn't be working there.
