People there are great to work with! However, the company could care less about their employees. Worked there for a year and never even met the GM. They make it impossible for employees to receive raises or bonuses.  Nothing to motivate employees ... the entire management staff should read Dale Carnegies book (How to win friends and influence other people) because everyone that works there feels unappreciated. They have 1 major customer and as soon as they slow down orders the layoffs begin. The company pays ok but they really make it impossible to advance. They have no issue asking employees to take shifts for people on vacation but if you ask to have a day off they penalize you for it which goes against yearly review. If you never miss work ever you will keep your job here but they will still find reasons to avoid raises or advancement.

I applied to what I thought was a great company looking for motivated hard workers. I received a phone call in a matter of a day of applying and was super excited when I was told they’d be chatting with their other coworker an sending me an interview time! Two days after I still did not receive said email so I called up and expressed how interested I was In the job and was waiting for the email for my interview time. I was then told that she still did not get around to asking and would make sure to email me by the end of the week. The end of the week passed an haven't heard a single word. I am very disappointed how things were handled so I have taken a different job opportunity now. I hope your company re-evaluates their hiring staff as they do not communicate in a professional manner and I will never recommend applying there. 

The good reviews are bull. HR Manager asked people to write a good review about the company. That shows her lack of integrity. Management has no clue about decent wages or salaries. There are employees that have been here for 4, 5, 12 years without a salary increase. We don't get a raise on the floor unless the quality of the part is good and you meet the job rate of the machine. Would be fine if the machines weren't always breaking down. Also mandatory overtime - a lot! Loft house has a bad reputation in the surrounding communities so they are always looking for people. High turnover rate. 

Lofthouse is your typical manufacturing plant but they need better pay compensation for the 12 hr cont shifts and location to travel. They are in Burks Falls so no bus availability for younger ones that don't have a car. Working continental 12 hr shifts and week ends is difficult. Offer some incentive for Sunday work (time and a half), they can afford it. If they want long term employees they need a pension plan. I have this in Huntsville where I work now. Why would I or anyone else go to Lofthouse when others offer the above. 

Lofthouse was an amazing job, I loved the management, salary and benefits and my fellow employees.  I also really enjoyed being able to work with such state of the art machines and presses.  However the continental shift hours destroyed my mental capacities and caused me serious mental stress.  The job was amazing and if I had had the opportunity to work regular hours I would have never left.

I am a current employee. The pay is not up to the level of other company's. They expect a great deal from their employees but do not want to pay the wages .higher wages are needed to keep and find good employees. A pension plan is needed as well .the benefits package is great. The moral is very low alot of unhappy people .remember lofthouse HAPPY EMPLOYEES MAKES MORE PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYEES  .

I've been with Lofthouse for 4 years. They offer great benefits and good pay for the area.From our perspective the company has been investing a lot of money into this location which is nice to see.  My supervisor has always treated me fairly. My wage has steadily increased at Lofthouse with annual reviews.

I don't like to work for a living, but I have worked here for 20+ years and I actually look forward to most days. There are a lot of really nice, long term, committed people working at Lofthouse. These people care about the work they do and it is a genuine pleasure to work along side each of them.

Lofthouse is behind the times, undermaintaned, and once they have new manegement or at least change the attitude towards employees, the lack of teamwork , and morale will always create a work environment that is tense and difficult for employees to be fully productive. I will admit the quality control is superb, and attention to detail from this department is probably unparalleled in the industry.

At first in your interview the company appears to be very professional. However that is not the case. Human resource have no clue how to treat people. However management / supervisors are fair. Start at minimum wage. Takes approximately 627 years to get too full rate which is nothing to brag about either.
