What is the best part of working at the company?
They care about there employees 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing at all. I’ve never felt stress when working for them other than meeting job closing dates.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Industrial type construction. All union workers.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I go to work get the job tasks done that are required and go home. You are expected to be to work ready to work at start time on your time. But you are allowed to quit work 15 minutes before end of shift to clean up and go home at quitting time on the company time.

The job is really good I enjoyed every time I work there. The only bad part about it is the co workers, some of them are nice but some of them are just like to make you feel down? The management needs more work especially on site. They only listen to people that they trust they never ask how you feel or anything. I had to live up getting talk bad all the time and make you feel down.

Professional atmosphere with a family like feel. I never had any types of problems with payroll issues, always a receptive HR team with any questions, and there was a great sense of team pride. I would recommend any family orientated person to apply within this company.

The Core team of workers are a hard working and dedicated team. We always made the best of every situation and usually had a great time doing so.

The pandemic has unfortunately cause this great team to reduce in size. I have nothing negative to say about the workers who work for Breck construction

Great place to work with A very supportive staff. Learn  A lot in short amount of time and the mechanical staff take they're time with teaching you safely and properly on whats expected of an Apprentice.

Great place to work if you take pride in safety and quality. Ownership truly cares about their people. That includes the workers and their clients. I really enjoy the culture and the comradery at Breck construction.  

Breck is a great company to work for. They seem to care about their people. The workers are skilled and expectations are high and this is a good thing. 

Great company to work for, positive environment. Solid communication and many great people to work with.Worked there for many years as a Scaffolder and a few months in the office as a Supply Chain Analyst.

Great place to work with awesome workers and good money. job is hard but thats scaffolding. fun environment. breck has a strong safety program and they are very serious about it, they walk the talk. 

Great place to work, fair and competitive will work for them in future! Would recommend other to work there. Fun and safe as well as respectful in our industry
