A typical day at work involves starting with opening tasks, assisting customers, managing transactions, and working as team with colleagues, ending with closing duties. Throughout my time here, I've learned valuable skills such as time management, multitasking, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure. However, management was very challenging due to a lack of effective communication and a tendency to resort to yelling and criticism rather than constructive feedback, creating an atmosphere of fear and discomfort. The workplace culture is toxic, with a focus on faults rather than successes, undermining employee morale and fostering a hostile environment. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the management's unreasonable behavior, unfair treatment of employees still learning, and unrealistic expectations without proper training. Despite these challenges, the most enjoyable part of the job is the camaraderie with colleagues, providing a sense of support and solidarity, and the rewarding feeling of helping customers and receiving positive feedback from regulars. 

A typical day at Brioche doree is very dynamic. Lots of differents customers with their particular wills, we try hard to attend their expectation, putting together company's goal and customer satisfaction. A good place to improve team work and analytical skills as well the ability to understand and respond quickly to customer's demand.

I had great experience while working at Brioche Doree. It helped me gain experience and also build my confidence. I learned how to deal with customers. The hardest part of job was busy rush hours but we enjoyed it because we had great team to work with.

Working at Brioche Doree is fun and rewarding. It can be busy and a lot of work, but management is efficient and postive. The customers are great and the staff are really supportive.Very flexible with school and work schedules.

very good ambiance, friendly co-workers. Although we got rude costumers because of delayed flights and similar other reasons it is fun being around people and meeting new people around the world

typical day at work is setting up the front of the store, placing all items in the store front.  Help customers that come by to eat.  suggest different items for the customers, make sandwiches, serve coffee

didn't learn anything at all. and even though I tried to give the best costumer service, the management wont still appreciate all the hard works I put into it.

Always had a great environment to work great staff, great customers enjoyed going to work the only part that can be not so great is putting the patio away in the simmer

the ahrdest part is when lunch time..coz we serve cofes meals pastries and cake
