Perfection is a requisite this is a job that requires concentration and happens in the seconds to accomplish proficiency a mistake is immediately noticed, documented and will affect your teams performance

Professional and diligent, there are no weak links allowed 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive before 330 and give my all to the goal of making sure nothing causes the line to pause or halt by taking note of exact steps and supporting the team

I worked evenings full-time for a season when I was fresh out of high school. This left me very tired and I struggled to get anything done during the few hours of daytime I had to spare. Throughout the experience, I never got to know anyone higher placed than my supervisor so I cannot say much on management. There are all sorts of people who work here and the workplace is designed to be as safe and comfortable to work in as possible. The hardest part was transitioning from high school to a full time job that was physically demanding and on a different schedule than I was used to. Alternatively, the most enjoyable aspect was learning all sorts of new different jobs on the assembly line.

If you don't make the necessary ajustments, even for a short perod of time, you get easily your name on the list for the next batch of people who'll lose their job when they have to switch their production (spyder). Administration there don't really care about you, they care about numbers! ($$$)
If you want to work there, do your best, because you are easily replacable if you don't have a degree in particular. It was a fun social experience, but a hard year!

BRP is very good and excellent company. It was near the my last job and I was very happy for joint to this company and I have been worked for designing surface class A. We had meeting every Monday. we work together in an active teams. Some times, we had brain storm for finding a good concept. All of the groups were Kindness and working together for creating beautiful new products.

If you want to learn new things and grow in your career then BRP is the right place for you. Also team mates and supervisor are very supportive and appreciative of the work you do. 

BRP It's a company with a lot of innovation, technology and above all, highly developed the human side. The must exciting thing is all the novelties and new products every year.

Everyone has everyone’s back! Be it in the offices or in the workshop, fellow workers are there for the team, not for themselves.

Toxic and stressful work environment. Place in the middle of nowhere. Low wages. Very weak management. Absolutely monoculture. And it's just money that counts, that's all.

I had to do the international communication audit. So I traveled on three continents. BRP is a performance oriented environment based upon personal growth.
