While this job can be demanding at times, it has given me the opportunity to learn many new facets and skills and gain experience.  Due to the staff this job can be very fun while keeping busy. When the restaurant is full, the hardest part of the job is keeping up to the demand (+1000 customers) but with a dedicates staff and the right leadership it becomes a task that is well maintained.  There is a need to keep "ahead of the game" at times. You are treated fairly and respectfully which is a big plus in today's job market. The downside of this job is the salary.  Working with a good team makes this job enjoyable. I have made good friends at Buffet des Continents. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Meeting customers and learning international food and work in a multicultural environment. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with the owners was stressful. Trying to implement new ideas and a customized menu was hard to be approved by the owner. The leadership had the aspect of dictatorship. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great work environment with the employees but not with the owners. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and full of unexpected events.

If you want to learn to be productive and manage stress and also lose weight, its a good job. But if you are different from most people, you are not gonna find your place there. You have to adapt to people and talk to them only about things that they are interest in or believe in. Makes jokes and haves fun, but its not a safe place if you wanna be yourself, especially is you wanna have a great impact on the world.

I met a lot of people coming from around the world and i even made friends. the employees are fun and energetic but they have trouble combining what they have, what they need and what they want.

going home after a demanding day

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No breaks non stop working for 10h

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful disrespectful and awful staff

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unsanitary restaurant very grosse

the salary is not bad but take time to pay the personal and the employs
if you dont like rush do not work here , but it's ok

This restaurant is the best place I worked at. The team was amazing and the managers always made sure we were OK. Of course like anywhere else, the clientele wasn't the best.

I was hired to be a hotesse  and end up being at the door saying people bye. They don’t really care about the employees and their well-being. The tips is not proportional 

could be the best place if you like the job or the worst if you dont.
the management is good. everyone is so sweet and polite.
free food. the job is super easy.

The owner is cool the manager is not so nice though. It is a great place to work if it was not for the manager. I dont really recommend it if u want a work place with good vibe.
