My experience with BUILD IT in the past 5 years has been very beneficial to my personal and career growth. I have been challenged with many things throughout my career but learned and can apply it day to day both at work and life. The leadership team (Alburt & Simon) have been an excellent support throughout; both in educating and providing the right tool to  grow. I believe the opportunities within BUILD IT are endless and for those looking to grow, this is the place.

A typical day consists of multiple managements managing you. You'll be working 44+ hours weekly- no breaks, this is expected not appreciated.
Lots of turnover, but it's a good place to learn to deal with stress and how to deal with management. 

Build It is an excellent place to work for those individuals that are passionate about developing and growing with an organization. Management has done a great job in conveying this message and their efforts in empowering their workforce can be seen everyday.

The people make it a great place to work.  A positive and inclusive team that encourages thinking outside the box.  No two days are the same because of the projects that we are awarded.  Management is proactive and forward-thinking.

You can learn a lot here but be prepared to wear many hats. It will not be easy to move up and they will stretch you thin. Management was accommodating and you can take to them.

The company is growing and offers many entry-level positions.  Buildit offers both an office and field environment that keeps the workplace an interesting one.

The best part of the job is knowing I can be impactful each day I come to work. The opportunities to learn are endless. And I am encouraged to make positive changes daily.
