Bad Boy Furniture

I have worked here for just over 5 years in this time the company has launched a website which sells the same products for less than in store this has cut my commissions in half. My pay overall is been reduced in the last 3 years. The store is poorly managed. I have worked with some of the best people in the business in sales. I like them have to move ahead in life.

not impressed... least professional place I have ever worked for I feel so under valued... i was there for a few months and they went through at least 4-5 ppl  and 2 quit since i left but it wasn't all bad,  assistant manager  was great he helped me a lot and we closed business .

This may be a good place to work for those who enjoy lots of long hours, and being away from family. 
This job they put the business before the people. Money comes first.
It is not a place for someone with too much empathy to be. 
Management has literally stated "they could not care less about your personal life"

It was an okay place to work but not very welcoming to new staff.  Not alot of training.  Expected to know how to do all aspects of the job without being shown how to do it.  After a few days on the job expected to close the store as all managers left.  Not shown closing procedure.

Work as a team all day everyday, always had work to do whether in a different department or hand bombing product onto a truck. Have nothing bad to say at all.

HR has no experience and have no clue what they are doing. The pay does does not match the amount of work you have to do. There is no real structure or guidance. It’s more chaotic and staff is like a revolving door.  The culture is toxic

The company is results oriented. Their are lots of expectations and they depend on you too meet and exceed them. 

They are the first to recognize talent and promote from within.

Always a great day, fun with the customers and great co-workers.  ;earned a lot about appliaanaces, and others areas of the market that I had never worked with before.

Bad Boy is a great place to work if you do not mind having your tasks changed on a minute by minute basis. Management does not communicate well. there are a lot of conflicting information

Bad boy has some great prices and the staff are well trained. Quality is good.  Pay is good. Work home balance is fair bit it is commission so you need to work when the customers shop which mostly weekends
