I felt completely alone. Nobody trains you and there's no onboarding. They don't try to help you and they don't care enough to answer any questions properly. Nobody's on your side and you have to figure everything out yourself. And when you ask for help they threaten to replace you with ChatGPT. They told me the position was remote but made me go to the office every day. I finally asked them at least to work from home 2 days a week. The amount of mental burden is indescribable. 

Bamford is one of the nicest place anyone could work.workers were granted free benefits and free products every week.a typical day at Bamford entails getting to work at 2am and leaving at 6pm.at Bamford i learnt the name of every produce and how to identify same.The management at Bamford was great as u could approach them with any problem and they would listen and give their recommendation.me and my co-workers were cool and i was always able to solve their problems direction wise.

This company cares about nothing else but making money. Employee issues about equipment, safe work environment and fair pay is brushed under the carpet. They will promise anything and everything imaginable just to get there customer's orders out. When they've used and abused there workers, said workers will be pushed out the door under false pretenses. Such as accusations of theft.

if you like to go in to work do you job make the time and head home to your family then this is a place that you can feel comfortable with. if you are a ambitious person that want more and have the need to know and do more the you will also find that you can also find your self comfortable. Management in the warehouse was nothing short of amazing. I would say that learned some excellent lesson that will help me in my feature issues.

This is a family owned produce company, servicing large companies and schools. Busy reception area, answering many calls and forwarding to the correct person, as well as greeting guests and setting them up in the board room. Looking after board room bookings and ordering office supplies. Also ordering courier pick ups and receiving courier deliveries.

I worked as an inventory associate and I have to say I didn’t enjoy the position.  I worked in inventory at a job prior but after working here.  Really affected my confidence with the position.   

They have poor training with this position and a very high run over rate. I wasn’t happy with the position at all.  

The work is challenging but it pushes you to excel in many different ways. I have gained good insight and experience working here as a Customer Service Representative. Opportunity is available to become involved in various side projects which provides great additional hands-on learning.

I have really enjoyed working for Bamford Produce! My job changes every day with new customers and and new projects. The management staff is amazing!  Super helpful and supportive with anything I have needed so far. I work remote but have options of going into the office which is very beneficial for me
