Banister Pipeline

Reporting to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager (depending on type of facility), the Plant Operator contributes to physically execute Operational Excellence process for the safe and efficient operation of a stand-alone grain or crop inputs facility, or combined grain and crop inputs facilities on a daily basis to achieve production goals.


Focus on Plant operation and Risk Management.


Engaged with a team to operate the Plant equipment on a daily basis.

Follows Operational Policies, operator care principles and procedures to operate equipment safe and efficiently to minimize or prevent injuries, property loss and environmental damage.

Ensures Plant and yard are clean and safe for customers and employees.

Performs minor mechanical maintenance and may assist contractors on-site to perform repairs.

	Conducted safety inspections and audits as well as safety orientation for new workers.
	Investigated all incidents and followed-up with corrective measures, also assisted in tailgate meetings and safety interaction.
	Prepared project related reports and conducted safety meetings with on-site workers (30-40 workers).
	Maintained monthly statistic safety records and stats records as well as conducting JHAs and JSAs to identify project related risks.
	Maintained all safety administrative documents for all sites within a 200 km radius.

I learned so much working for this company if anyone gets a chance to work there take it and dont look back. The other people that work there take the time to show you how to get things done once and let you go about your job. Everyone there is there to support families and get home safely

If you are willing to give up your life for 5 months and make a #$#!!# load of money  I would sign up with local 92. They become your second family. Don't worry, The time flies by. Fun and fast. Freezing and hot. mud and snow but it's all worth it
