Working at Barburrito seemed like fun at first but it was not. A day consisted of cleaning the dishes/ condiment bowls for half an hour. After, we made the meals depending on when the customers would come. Some other jobs also consisted of cleaning washrooms( cleaning sink and scrubbing toilets), warming up and preparing meals, throwing garbage outside and washing floors. As a student, this was a lot of work. Also, just being surrounded by the heat and grease was also bad for my skin. Management did not trust me at all. Would make sure money was real etc (watch me through cameras at work.) I do not reccomend this job to anyone.

This is the worst place I ever worked in life. The owner that is Mother and son (2 faces personality) dont have manner to talk to their employess. They are just trying to make a mess out of you. They are so blind that they only care about there work, they dont care about your problems. They think that they are too smart that other people are not understanding their oversmartness. They only hire needy person who are facing problems, so they take more advantage from them. I recommand all the students and work permit holder dont work here.

Communication was sometimes hard with the different ethnicitys

Very fun and welcoming people

Laid back cleaning until customer's came to visit and then rushed when wrapping burritos

Nothing at all, the boss is lazy and refuses to give you the hours you need to live

Not getting enough hours to live on

Pure stress and suffering at its finest

3 hours long and stressful as heck

I was told to leave early for my shift because there was "no one to train me" but there was and never got a call back for my next shift or got paid. I was working and one of my co-workers made a phone call to the manager about me with no actual reason as to why I should be let go but didn't tell me why.

It was fun, with the people I worked with and the food was amazing. But I had the worst manager I’ve ever had in my life at this job. I don’t think anyone has ever made me feel so unappreciated or unwelcome in my life.

Get full training before start getting regular schedule and fairly paid for training as well as later. Environment is so friendly and learn so many lessons which useful for my professional career. Recommend who looking for long term job security with appraisal for your hard work.

i started work at bar burrito in september 2019 and still working. its really a great experience. i still working here. manager is too good with us and help in every situation i learned lot of things by working here.

Interesting job and had fun working there. Overall experience was good enough.The environment was very friendly and everyone liked to give their best to serve the customer.

Good people and great work environment for students. they offer flexible schedule and good pay along with tips. They also offer employees discount on their products too
