Management likes to insert themselves into the private lives of their employees, and treats everyone differently depending on who you decide to associate with at work (ie. I became friends with one of my coworkers, who my boss didn't get along with, and as a result, I somehow lost the respect of some of my coworkers). 

Wages could be better. I worked there for two years, and the people who have worked there for five to ten plus years were only making about a dollar an hour more.

However, when I got hurt at work, they were always very accommodating.

At my job we work evenings, I build trusses and cut wood on the saw stack the trusses outside which are very heavy. It is a very hard job you have to be in shape and very strong to lift 100s of pounds over your head. I feel like on the night shift people slack and I have to pick up the weight

Excellent schedules management for part time student workers. Pays very good for a student job and HR offers flexible working hours from monday to friday. 24h a day job on the 5 business days of the week.

They change your horary constantly, they never ask your opinion for anything concerning your schedule and hours of work, they say the important is the security but the whole place it's full of dangers

There is a lot of people there that really focus on making it works and they are doing a really great job. Unfortunatly as a future professional, I lack a bit of support from an experienced engineer.

Poor management, no follow up, pay horrible, equipment of another past century. They have no development processes and poor communication. We were cannon fodder.
