nothing; they hide everything, micromanage and lowkey act like you're stupid

the sales managers.  New car manager has very limited automotive experience, used car manager hides acv's from reps

culture is terrible; work environment used to awesome then they took all the trade in money for the managers

stressful; you are micromanaged to the point of ridiculousness

There are few to none good co workers

To many jobs put apon you out side of the job you where hired for and next to no apraction

Some days ok vut most days seems like everyone is a bad mood because of the enviorment around there

Barrie Kia is an amazing place to work. I usually dread the idea of waking up and going to work, this is the only job I actually enjoy doing in my 20 years of working at different places. I actually look forward to going in, the management is great and the work environment is friendly. They care about you here unlike other places I have worked. I definitely recommend Barrie Kia to anyone who is interested in a new career.  

This place has high turn over in all dept which you’ll see in the few long haulers surrounded by new people. Pay is low-mid of the field but expect no bonuses and to have them scrutinized to avoid giving them out. 
Raises are few and far between. 
I will say they do generally hire staff who are easy to interact with while they last. 
If you’re decent at your job expect to do all the work. 


Too much disconnect in communication with head office. They do not run the dealerships in the conventional manner. They are simply satellites of their campmart stores to focus on the sub prime business. Absolutely no clue how fixed operations should work and really, quite frankly, they don’t care. 

Barrie Kia is a shining diamond of an example of what can be achieved when you put employees first.  Many different place in the industry don't create a future for their staff.  We understand that you will have kids and you will be in a long-term relationship with a partner.  We want you to start and retire at the same location.  Which allows a person to build a strong data base to pull from.  

Really have enjoyed working here and find that it’s a very friendly environment where higher management listen to their team. Obviously it’s very fast pace but that comes with this trade. I personally like to keep busy at work and got my just rewards. 

For someone who made a big move over 2 hours away I am very pleased with the company and workplace. I am made sure I am succeeding and being well taken care of. I am assisted with tasks if needed and there's constant support from everyone whenever needed. Everyone is very welcoming. 

Barrie KIA is an AMAZING place to work at. Management is good, co-workers are supportive and always ready to help you out and as long as you putting in the effort which you should, You will always get good results.

A typical day at work here in Barrie Kia is very relaxed and I believe that's because everyone understands there a job to do although its fun we make sure that it gets done in a professional manner. I feel I get along well with my co-workers and I can confidently say I wouldn't change a thing.
