Barrow safety services was a great place to work and it was too bad I moved away and had to leave such an awesome workplace. Learned a lot within my time there with hands on training. The staff is beyond wonderful which makes all the difference. Such a wide variety of services Barrow offers and is always first in line to offer the newest and best products/services available. 

Since the company was sold and new management took over a couple years ago the management has gone downhill. Awful communication and nothing is ever their fault. While the pay is decent, it’s not worth it to work for them as you will be unhappy as can be with the way they push their employees around. 

Barrow Safety is a great place to work.  Good atmosphere and management is professional and kind. Very informative and a good learning experience. The start of the shift is always busy but organized. working as a team. Awesome at making sure everyone gets a break. Communication is great and no question is ever wrong. Great team to work with

The money is decent but not worth dealing with the new management. They do not respect their employees and the communication is awful. The employees are blamed for mistakes that management make constantly. Highly stressful environment due to the lack of training and proper equipment.

Best way to make the money is to bring a trailer with you and down across from the mill, park it . Then you can drive or walk preferably drive to the mill and get ready for work. 

Get a hotel room with a few friends and split the cost 

Great place to work. Very supportive atmosphere who cares about their workers. Manager seems to care about the employees even though they're only there a few weeks for shutdown. She was even helping during training and helped us understand what we were learning.

Barrow Safety is a great place to work at with great staff. Wages could increase but that’s the only downside to this company. You can get sent to all sorts of different locations depending on your job title and where you are comfortable with.

This company was fantastic to work for. Lots of encouragement and support from management, great pay and supportive atmosphere. I wish there was more work but understand it was a temporary job. Hope to return again for future work.

Awesome team and job, managers who care, resources, understanding. Like any industrial job you have to give up your home life and travel to sites for weeks at a time. Pay was good for the work 

If you want a job that pays well but you don’t feel supported, are left to flounder with no real direction or training or are told to do things that goes against all ethics then this is the job for you.
