I was hired the same day I interviewed. Pay is competitive and fair and if your looking to get lots of hours this place is great for you. 
Office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I started I had no experience with roofing but learned very quickly.
The boss always trys to give back to everyone, offering suprise lunches and the occasional event to join in on.
Very happy I applied to work with Bay Roofing

Pay isn’t what it should be, it can be good if you work your life away. 
Hard on the body. 
Exhausting.  Not the place to work if you have a family.  
The only good thing was travel, you get a hotel room, and paid meal allowance, but you have to share a room with another worker.  Absolutely no benefits 

This place isn't just a job It's a family. Everyone works together toward a common goal and we have a blast doing it. Safety if the top of the list of course. If you like the colour red this is the place for you.

If you like long hours and minimum wage while being yelled at by the office and treated like garbage by other employees and not being able too see your family this is the job for you

Strenuous and very physically demanding but rewarding with good pay. Staff can sometimes treat new or relatively inexperienced people like idiots. Overall not for everyone but rewarding if one can handle it long-term.

Place was terrible to try and work for they didn't even give any chance they breathe down your neck, materials weren't there for the job, and their platform is garbage

Now offering benifit package for staff. Company is focusing on turning an ordinary job to a well paying career. Staff work 10-11 months out of the season and make top dollar in the industry.

This company is phenomenal. The staff are awesome and professional, the workplace is casual and fun while remaining professional. All around a really great place.
