going home at night. The place is toxic.

management, threatening and screaming tactics, never a thank you for a job. Well done.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
underpaid and lucky to get six hours of work per day they tell drivers 50 hours a week. That’s only for newbies that I get put on 10 to 14 stops up and down ramp for $20 an hour class 1 drivers only make $23 And will never see eight hours a day because they subcontract out instead of looking after their employees well-being

Bayview is a good place if you want to work and have lots of hours, overtime is always available. Coworkers are friendly and supportive and will try to help when possible. Ownership is driven and always ready to expand. The only negative is mid level management is lacking organization which leads to miscommunication with the rest of the company but workloads are very high same as stress so I can’t fully blame them if they don’t have the supports they require. 

Bayview construction is a great company for as far as availability for work.  There is rarely a shortage of work for anyone willing to do the work.  However maintaining company policy when it comes to rules and regulations as set out in company rules and regulations guidelines I found that management was very laps.

Fast paced GO GO GO environment, will take time to teach ones seen fit, loong hours up to 19 hrs, Hard but fair managment, crews work as a unit making things run smoothly, lots of experience between foreman and finishers, Xmas party for employees, great pay and hours

All I can say, without going overboard is Bayview probably the best place to work for great people great attitude you learn quick and become a better worker better finisher better framer better poor if you can go work for them go work for them

Equipment poorly maintained. Poor direction from management. Long time employees hostile to work with. Everyone seems scared for their jobs! Very difficult to use your skills unless you’re in the click!

I started with this company with many year experience in the field and paid me bottom rate. I've met many foreman's in my time. The ones I worked with were disrespectful and unkind. It's unfortunate that I cannot say anything positive about my experiences with this company.

Management is cool, calm and relaxed 90% of the time which really makes the environment great but it’s a big place and heads butt occasionally. We roll with the weather for rushes which can be 3 different seasons in one  day.

Work is good but ownership and management are too demanding and there is no work/life balance. Your expected to put Bayview before family and not complain. Poor experience all around. 

Owners take care of employees who do their part and work with you to succeed.Pay is very good and I am treated with respect and appreciation. Long hours at times but this is construction. I would recommend this company
