BeMo has been my professional home for nearly 5 years, and my experience as a Software QA Specialist has been incredibly rewarding. One of the biggest advantages of working at BeMo is the flexibility and freedom it offers.  Able to work from home has allowed me to maintain a healthy work–life balance while staying fully productive.

BeMo does great work with students, and it is truly a positive and amazing experience to be able to support the students who are eager to learn and be supported in their journey. However, BeMo puts a large amount of pressure on their consultants, with very little flexibility or room. While there are benefits to this student-centric view, it can dampen your experience as an employee. Orientation training is criminally underpaid. Management can, at times, be pushy and accusatory, and at times, extremely rude even when asking for support. This is to note that this only speaks for some of the management team, as others were wonderful. There is a large availability for work, and the minimum expected availability often varies between 15-20 hours a week at times. I would not recommend this role if a culture of support is important to you, however, if pay and remote work is a priority, then this is the role for you.

I've been working at BeMo for six months and absolutely love it! As a Sales Specialist, I speak with prospective students and help them become paying students – no cold calls, only warm leads. As a part time sales associate I have previously scheduled calls from students inquiring about our services. I contact them and explain our services and try to get them to enroll in our programs to help them succeed.

Management are very supportive and there's tons of training information online.
Nice workplace culture with bi annual team dinners which they pay for including transportation.
