Really good place to learn plus a great experience for sure. I liked working there but had a issue with one employee wich made me end up leaving. Loved going to work every day but that one employee just kept talking about my family members and wouldn't let up. Didn't help he was my supervisor Ethier. Best people to stand and work with. Solid crew for sureglad I had a chance maybe someday I'll get a chance to go back.

Typically, its in the construction trade, so the hours are usually those of regular companies... usually 7-6 on most days, not very many weekends unless you volunteered.
I learned a lot about necessary skills and development on water and sewer line replacement and working in a team environment. My fellow co-workers at the time, were pretty friendly and always helped out if it was needed. Worked as a team to make it easier on everyone.

The company gives you plenty of hours in a season. The upper management is very stressful to work for and is not patient at all. Everything is go go go, but then when you finish the jobs ahead of time you stand around and wait for other jobs to do. Nothing is at a steady pace, its always hurry up and wait.

To be honest it was one of the best places I’ve ever worked 
If I was still living in the area I’d still be working with them
The guys running the Elliot Lake branch actually care about the employees and treat you like family 
I recently heard from one of the employees that still works there they told me they have a pension plan in place now

First things first ,,,   If they would take care of there stuff and have the proper training for the new ones ,,  could care more about there employees, and they could definitely have better salaries !! 

Not a bad company to work for. Long hours in the summer when they were busy, very little holidays were taken in then.

A little unorganized, lost of paper work.

Not a lot of turnover, which is good, but change is very slow.

workplace culture is very good, everyone is friendly and willing to help at all time. management was good, made sure we had the equipment when needed. The most enjoyable part was just to get to work outside everyday

 Poorly maintained equipment. Noncompetitive wages. Poor work-life balance. In general, not a great place to work, resulting in high stress, and pressure.

Great people with lots of opportunities. Fun atmosphere among co-workers. Lots of help when learning something new. Great balance between work and home life.

Love the co workers, supervisors, and customers, just wish it were a year round place of employment for me, and had full time hours
