Bear Country Inn

The Bear country inn is a very positive environment to work in. Quite a bit of learning on the fly but the owner is willing to explain as much as you are interested to know. Shifts are long if you take care of the place for full days but the work isn't very tiring. 

The ideas of employees are valued a lot so don't be afraid to make a suggestion. Even if it's a bad suggestion someone will at least hear you out. 

95% of the customers there are good to deal with as well. 

Awesome staff and great food 🥘. It’s a comfortable atmosphere with experienced staff to help you feel at home. Sit and dine in on site restaurant with daily specials from our chefs. Our waitress team always smiling and willing to help as well as our housekeeping staff.

I prepared, cooked, and cleaned at this establishment. I did not have a very good experience due to poor management but worked my hardest to maintain the kitchen and support the floor.

My boss was sort of a jerk and I felt disrespected alot. I liked my job but when my boss was around it was a different story. One of my coworkers stole cigarettes from my jacket in my locker which I left unlocked and there was no camera to find out who did it

Working at Bear Country Inn had been a once in a life-time experience. I learned a lot from the position and had been given advanced training as supervisor.

It's been a fun 2 and a half years but If your looking to advance in the career as a chef there's only little to learn. I recommend starting here and advancing into something new after 2 years

Pretty much go in do your floor help others if they need it. Everyone gets along, worst part is when 2 or more people call in sick when you are busy. Lunch is always fun everyone eats together and we laugh the whole time.

Working at the Bear Country Inn had a great workplace environment as well the individuals I worked alongside were friendly and hard working, and the customers were friendly.

Never had any problems really.
Job was all done in time orderly manner, I would work for Bear Country Inn again with no hesitations...

When I start my shift I check my tables check coffee pots, talk with other staff for any changes serve food collect bills I enjoy the high energy in the room
